I’m the managing director of an Information Technology Company. We provide technology that helps banks, governments and organizations to have clarity of what's going on in their infrastructure.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rekarda?

We needed support with multiple projects, including creating a PowerPoint template for all our teams to use across the company. We also needed to create templates for all the internal reports we do monthly, quarterly, and annually. Additionally, we wanted to revamp all our sales presentations that the sales team uses.

Rekarda provided presentation design services for us. They created a PowerPoint template for our company to use. They also created templates for our internal reports and revamped our sales presentations.

How did you come to work with Rekarda?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We were looking for a top-tier presentation design agency and were happy to come across Rekarda. We chose them over other options because they demonstrated deep knowledge and creativity in their approach to presentation design, were close to my geographic location, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team gained confidence in working with PowerPoint since the tools are now easier to use. All our reports got streamlined, and now we have clear data to review, which gives clarity to our strategy and makes our decision-making process easier. Our sales presentations became a lot more attractive, on-brand, and most importantly, helped us generate more qualified leads. Our report turnaround time got 60% faster.Additionally, we received positive feedback from our internal team. The best thing we heard was, “I never knew you could do this in PowerPoint” and “Look how beautiful my slides are!”

How did Rekarda perform from a project management standpoint?

Rekarda’s project management was great. They had clear communication and provided continuous updates, so we knew exactly where the project stood at any given moment. The team was always available for any questions or requests. They had a great attitude and were never late for any of the agreed-upon delivery or milestone dates. We communicated in-person, virtually, and through email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rekarda’s processes were on-point, and they had vast knowledge of PowerPoint and storytelling. Before creating our company template, they deeply understood our needs and the kind of presentations we usually produce. The team always thought outside the box, finding creative ways to present content.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything! I believe they mastered the art of presentation production.

Rekarda created extremely impactful presentations that wowed the audience every time! As a result, top management & local marketing teams were extremely engaged and looking forward to implementing the new innovations we were presenting to them.

How did Rekarda perform from a project management standpoint?

Rekarda had excellent project management. Even when we had extremely tight deadlines, they always delivered on time. Once they promised, they delivered. We communicated via virtual meetings & emails - they were very quick to always respond and had fast turnaround times. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rekarda creates absolutely incredible presentations; hands down, the best agency I've worked with when it comes to impactful presentations. On top, not only was the outcome excellent but the path to get there was very smooth. We could always trust them to deliver, even with the short timelines provided from our side most of the time.
