I am the Marketing & Events Manager at Whitehead Monckton Solicitors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reflect Digital, and what were your goals?

We were growing our services and hired Reflect Digital to deal with all our SEO work to help us reach our target audience. They also helped us update our Website to a more modern design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We went out to tender for our project and found Reflect Digital were the perfect fit for us as a business.

Initially encouraging us to focus on SEO, website traffic and enquiries have continually increased year-on-year. They are integral to our development as a firm. When opening new offices we have specific focus on practice areas, ensuring we have tailored our limited budget to best effect.

SEO work has been essential in the success of these offices, particularly for private client work. In 2015 we selected Reflect to deliver our new website, following a competitive pitch, and are delighted with the outcome. Their bespoke CMS is both flexible and user friendly, whilst still ensuring we maximise rankings.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had an account Manager and an SEO executive working on our project. We also now have a CRO executive dealing with our conversion rate optimisation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO services we are ranking 1st on Google for a lot of our keywords. Our site traffic is also increasing steadily and alot of our new work comes from Google which is a good sign.

Our budget goes a long way with Reflect - they understand our business and objectives and deliver to our requirements in a timely manner, enabling us to compete with larger competitors and access potential clients.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge in the industry stands out. They also take the time to get to know their clients and their business needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Reflect Digital are coming to the table with a lot more ideas for us, which is what we need and long may this continue.
