I am the owner of this company. Our idea of this product is that we want to develop a new B2B and B2C platform that will work without intermediaries, and for convenience, we have placed loistic services of companies for transportation

I ordered services for the development of our platform. I only had an idea, I pitched my idea and the company agreed to help me with it.

This supplier was recommended to me by a person from the banking industry, this company was developing a process management system for them

It all started with planning. But the project grew more and more functional. We had a clear goal and we were quickly moving towards it. In 2016, we already had 13 thousand registered companies from the CIS and some from Europe.

I don’t remember exactly, it was a long time ago 7-10 people. I remember exactly that the STO project and the project manager worked closely with us.

At the moment, we already have more than 22 thousand registered companies. Now we are looking for international partners to develop the project further

Since we added new functionality to the project. We prioritized everything. I did not involve a good project manager in the development process itself, and he controlled the project well and after each stage sent me documents with the work done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The development process itself was impressive, the technical director of the company designed a very flexible model, and we easily introduced new features to the site

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, but that's probably my mistake. We have greatly expanded the product and slightly lost the original focus. But there is nothing to worry about, the platform is still working. We still have room to grow

Our company sells the OSBB WORK service, which is a service for managing multistory buildings and communicating with residents. My position in the company СEO.

We needed to make a custom product to manage multistory buildings and communicate with residents. For management, we chose the web version, and for communication, we decided to develop a cross-platform mobile application. Where tenants can leave job applications, discuss issues related to their home, and also monitor what the management company spends money on.

We were looking for suppliers only in our city. Communication with the service provider was important to us. We chose Redmonkey because they are the most competent in custom product development.

We had a clear technical task according to which the guys worked. Before, we have done preparations and done surveys and work with people who manage multi-storey buildings. After that, we created a picture of goals and got to work.

If I remember everything well, then 9 people worked on this project. The technical director developed the project structure, 1 project manager, 2 back-end developers, 2 front-end developers, 1 senior mobile application developer and one tester. Maybe someone else worked with the guys, but I don't know that anymore.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project turned out to be good, and it has a good future, now we are on pause because we have a war in our country. But we have our dedicated users who have been using our tool since the very beginning, and we are very proud of it. At the moment, more than 130 home management companies are registered on the platform, and this is just the beginning!

Redmonkey company did a good job with the management they are very customer oriented. We did our work in Jira. And also every Monday we held offline meetings and planned work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's hard for us to say this since we are working with an IT company for the first time. We liked everything about the project, and if we would need to improve our product, we knew who to call.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The guys told us that we need to work on the design, but we decided to leave it as it is. We will return to this issue shortly. From myself I want to add always listen to experienced developers! They won't give you bad advice =)

After initial meeting and starting the project we began to work on website design. We were guided through all steps required to prepare and create successful e-commerce store. The website was built using Shopify platform. We worked closely to implement necessary technologies and adjust all apps.

We worked closely with designer and project manager. The communication was online only and it was seamless and fast.

After launching our website we started to drive traffic, and updating some features to improve shopping experience and product presentation.

We had online communication only through email, Telegram (online chat) and figma for web design. Project manager was available and responsive any time especially when website was launched.

The team was responsive and knowledgeable experimenting with variety of apps to find best solution to meet our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We started using wordpress at the beginning and later switched to Shopify that works significantly better to meet our requirements.

The first stage was the modeling of the architecture project and data bases, in parallel, the designers developed several versions of the design and conducted research with marketers. The team and I thought over the technology stack and started development. Programming language, C#, JavaScript, SQL Frameworks, .NET, оther For the backend, we have developed a kernel that works with the .net framework and MS SQL.

The frontend was made using a javascript. A number of microservices, APIs for third party integration, and widgets have also been developed. As a result of combinations of these technologies, we have obtained. Fast, convenient service for finding and booking tours. 4,250,000 + views per day, 250,000 hotels, 30 million different tours

There were 9 people working. We worked with the company's CTO, company project manager, senior database architect, senior full-stack developer, frontend team lead, 2 middle frontend developers and 2 senior backend developers

Oh sure. We have developed an excellent product that millions of people use every month. We continue to improve our product with Redmonkey and make many new interesting integrations and improvements.

Communication and workflow was built at a high level. We controlled all workflows in Jira + we had a daily short meeting where we discussed the tasks that should be solved today every Friday we had a big meeting at which we summed up the results of the past week. We are very comfortable working with this company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Oh, that's a different story. They found a way out and solutions to any difficult situations. They never tell us that this is not possible, they say give us time to deal with this and we will definitely solve this problem, so it happened. I think this is due to the fact that they are not afraid of new technologies and are constantly developing, and of course, the great experience of the technical director and senior developers

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I think not, we continue to work and develop the project together with this company. We have no complaints about their work or communication everything is fine!
