I hired Redmark Digital for their digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redmark Digital developed a new website for my company and offered SEO services, integrating crucial keywords to improve my Google search rankings. I wanted the site to be informative and user-friendly. To facilitate that, I created several blogs to highlight my services and passed several blog ideas to Redmark Digital to write. We went through several design iterations before I approved the website design. 

Their team also updated my Google business page and added me to local directories. During that time, Redmark Digital also developed my Facebook page. Their team offered graphic design services, which included creating business cards.

I only worked with the owner. 

How did you come to work with Redmark Digital?

Redmark Digital contacted me because they knew I needed a website developed. They offered the services I needed for a reasonable price and they had experience in my industry, so I hired them. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around $2,000 with Redmark Digital. 

What is the status of this engagement?

My engagement with Redmark Digital was from December 2021–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Within two days of the website launch, I received more customer inquiries than before. At this point, I’ve more than doubled my call volume. 

How did Redmark Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Redmark Digital was very professional and was available 24/7. Communication between us was very open. We typically emailed, texted, and had Zoom meetings to discuss the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Redmark Digital delivered exactly what they promised and then some. I would’ve been happy to pay Redmark Digital more because they delivered more than our original contract entailed. I’ve already referred 4–5 of my friends to Redmark Digital. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything for Redmark Digital to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to provide Redmark Digital with all the information they need so they can begin development quickly.

I’m the owner of an HVAC business. We repair and sell heating supplies and offer heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Redmark Digital?

We needed someone who could develop a WordPress site for us and handle our digital marketing initiatives. Our goal was to increase our online presence and rankings on Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Redmark Digital to develop a WordPress website and handle our SEO and digital marketing initiatives. I chose WordPress as our CMS so that we could easily update and manage the site and upload content. They manage and execute all of the design work on Figma.

Aside from that, they’re also tasked with managing the site’s SEO and running our Facebook and Google ads. They’ve also implemented a contact form and produced and uploaded an introduction video to our site. The video features our business, employees, and some of our customers.

They’re currently maintaining the site and hosting it in Bluehost.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Brad (Marketing Director), but we’ve also worked with five other people from Redmark Digital — we’ve worked with two designers, a receptionist, a project manager, and an SEO person.

How did you come to work with Redmark Digital?

Redmark Digital was referred to me by a friend, who had worked with them before. I ultimately decided to work with Redmark Digital because my friend mentioned that they were affordable, efficient, and understanding of their clients’ needs.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000 in total so far. We’ve paid them $3,000 for the website and we spend $400 per month for their SEO services. For the PPC and the ads, I pay them 20% of the total amount I put into our advertisements.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Redmark Digital has done a good job with the website, and I really like the designs they’ve implemented. Additionally, we’ve seen positive results with our PPC and advertising campaigns.

They usually record calls and send them to me so we could track how many people have reached out so far through the website. We’re still waiting for the results of our SEO efforts, as it usually takes around 90 days to a year to see results.

How did Redmark Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Redmark Digital has performed really well in terms of project management. They’re always on time and are prompt in answering our messages and emails.

We communicate through Zoom, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m incredibly impressed with Redmark Digital's exceptional communication and commitment to delivering on time. They are punctual, and they go above and beyond to adhere to our established timelines.

Aside from that, I really appreciate how excellent their customer service is. They’re accommodating, hands-on, and receptive to our feedback. They always take their time to explain all of the things we might not be aware of, and they’ve been very patient and flexible to the changes in the project’s scope.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to communicate your needs clearly — they’re very patient and they will listen carefully to what you want and will definitely deliver.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redmark works on our Facebook ads and PPC needs. They've also taken videos and photos for our website revamp project, which we’ll do soon. We’ve created a simple website, but we want to improve it by adding integrations and automatic labeling features. We also want to connect it with our eBay account. After that, they’ll continue doing Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok ads for us.

A friend of mine told me about Redmark; they were also known in North Carolina. We interviewed them online, and then we decided to hire them.

We’ve spent around $7,500.

We started working with Redmark in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re happy with Redmark’s work because they’re never late, and they do whatever we want. If we don’t like what they’ve done, they’ll change it for us — especially for my wife, who’s picky. The team listens to all of our ideas, and they’re good people. 

How did Redmark Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Redmark’s project management is great. The team is always on time; we schedule meetings on Google, and we always know when to talk to them since we have access to their calendar. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we also do Zoom meetings. We use emails to send files or important pictures for the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their revision offer is impressive — they don’t charge us additional fees when we ask for revisions; they do it for free. On top of that, they also have great communication, and they’re truly professional. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’re happy with their work.

Hire Redmark — they’re great people with great communication skills. Look for Erik (SEO Technician). He speaks three languages, so when I can’t use English well, he speaks to me in my language.
