Our main goal was to build an AI-native portal that could generate program reports, school reports, and other key insights efficiently. We also wanted to make the portal’s navigation as simple and user-friendly as possible since our primary audience includes children and families who may not be very tech-savvy.

RedFerns Tech Inc. has done a great job understanding our requirements and building a solution that’s both AI-focused and easy to use. Their team has been very helpful throughout the process, and we’re still working with them as we continue to expand and improve the platform.The project has significantly improved the way we manage and deliver our programs. The biggest measurable outcome has been the automation of several previously manual processes, including report generation, messaging, scheduling, and user communication.The AI-powered features have reduced the time required to generate program and school reports, while automated messaging has helped us communicate with families and schools more consistently. The Google Calendar integration has also made scheduling and coordination more efficient.Most importantly, we now have a centralized, user-friendly portal that brings these functions together in one place. The platform has been successful enough that we continue to work with RedFerns Tech Inc. as we expand the portal and add new capabilities.Since implementing the new portal, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in efficiency, particularly in areas that were previously handled manually. The biggest time savings have come from AI-assisted report generation and automated communications. Tasks such as preparing program and school reports, sending reminders, and coordinating schedules now require significantly less manual effort. The Google Calendar integration has also reduced the need for separate scheduling and coordination.While we’re still tracking the long-term metrics as the platform continues to expand, the portal has already reduced repetitive administrative work and allowed our team to spend more time focusing on the program and our families rather than managing manual processes. The automation and AI capabilities have also made it much easier for us to scale our operations without having to increase the same level of administrative effort as our user base grows.

Key deliverables included a property catalog management system that allows administrators to create, update, and organize listings efficiently, advanced search and filtering capabilities that help users find properties based on location, property type, price range, and other criteria, and interactive map functionality to support location-based property exploration. The solution also featured dedicated sections for premium and featured listings, property comparison tools that enable users to evaluate multiple options side by side, and inquiry forms that streamline communication between prospective buyers, investors, and the real estate team. The final platform improved property visibility, enhanced the user experience, and simplified listing management for internal staff.
