They built the whole site on WordPress with a custom theme. The core was payments through Stripe: multi-tier subscriptions — individual and a corporate plan with team seats — plus single-article purchases, all behind a paywall that protects our work while showing readers a preview. They added Google and Facebook logins, built the account and team-management side for corporate subscribers, and integrated ElevenLabs so each piece has an audio version readers can listen to. They also handled SEO so our publications surface in search — including making sure the article previews stay indexable even with the paywall in place. Then they deployed everything and set up automated backups. We handed over requirements and got back a working, production-ready site.

It launched on time — a week from start to live. It started turning readers into paying subscribers right away, across subscriptions and one-off purchases, and it's been fast and reliable for an international audience. The outcome that matters to us: our research now earns money on its own, on a recurring basis, and their platform is what makes that possible.

Five original web sandboxes, each built around a different vulnerability LSCP designed. LSCP provided the concept and the exploit path; Red Phoenix built the app and everything around it so it would hold up to outside review. The goal was simple: get all five accepted onto established security lab platforms. Red Phoenix delivered all five, and all five got in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Five out of five got accepted by the final platform. The review process is strict and rejects a lot, so a clean acceptance rate says a lot — both for LSCP's vulnerability design and for Red Phoenix's execution. Red Phoenix also held to the one-to-two-day turnaround per box, much faster than LSCP could have managed in-house.

On time the whole way through. Communication was the best part — Red Phoenix Team OÜ asked the right questions early and actually understood what each box was supposed to do, not just the spec. When LSCP changed something, they adjusted quickly. We never had to chase them.
