we outsourced the full development of a custom NLP system to a specialized AI team. Our goal was to build a solution capable of handling Ukrainian and English text for sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and intent classification.
The outsourced team handled everything: research, model training, API setup, infrastructure, and monitoring.
We were able to easily integrate the delivered system into our product stack with minimal friction.
