What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our average time from finishing a job to issuing the invoice reduced from 12 days to 3. Our office staff are spending about 40% less time chasing updates. We can see engineer workloads in more detail now and this helps us to make better use of engineer time without needing to recruit additional engineers. Customers have commented that they like the digital sign off and getting their certificates more quickly.

We were happy with the ways of working throughout. The two-weekly demos kept us in the loop with the development. Part way through, we did realise the scheduling needed to work differently than we'd originally thought and they were able to accomodate the changes with no extra cost. They were good at responding between meetings too, usually same day if we dropped them an email.

Only one minor one, they were already very busy and there was a little bit of a waiting time before they can start our project due to commitments with other clients. But it was totally worth the wait.
