I started a New company that does extreme sport rentals. We started with Jet Ski Rentals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Hy?

We needed a full marketing campaign. Website, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Google my business. There was probably a lot more to it. I am not that familiar with all the Jargon of online marketing. We just hired them and told them to make our phones ring.

What were your goals for this project?

Get customers to rent our Jet Skis so that we could make money.

I had a pretty good connection with one of the people that work there.

Basically it started off with our Website. We kept it simple and made sure that we used the right Keywords to get us ranked. We also started Social Media ads and Google ads right away. We went from having nothing to being everywhere on the web.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Kiahna on the project. She was our marketing officer. We are still working with her.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were extremely successful. Within a couple of months we were #1 position on a few of our Keywords. The website is so simple and clean. It works and our customers didn't have a problem navigating it. More importantly the phones rang and our water craft was rented out all summer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. They educate me on everything they're doing and continue to show me the results as they come in. We are always adjusting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The results. I was competing against a few companies that have been in the rental business for years. We are now beating them on many keywords.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always areas of improvement. We had one or two weeks where we had to increase our spend on Google to keep the phone ringing, but that was because we had to turn them off because we didn't have the inventory. I expect there will be more improvements to come in the future.

We hired Marketing Hy to take over all of our online marketing. We love the fact they act more like our CMO.

What were your goals for this project?

Grow our business, increase our leads, and get the phones ringing. We also produce a lot of content and we just didn't feel like it was being seen. We wanted to grow all our channels.

We were with two other digital companies previously. None of them were doing what we needed so I went on a hunt to find a new marketing company.

Marketing Hy is an expert on YouTube channels and rankings. That is how we found them. We didn't know they ran full digital marketing campaigns until after spoke with them on the phone and looked at the website. After multiple conversation, we signed the contract and started.

Marketing Hy runs our full digital marketing campaign. Facebook, Website design, Adwords, Emails, YouTube channel and SEO.

What was the team composition?

We work with Jace and Kiahana. Kiahana is our project manager and manages everything for us. They are both really easy to get ahold of.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Last month was one of our best months. It took some time but everything is picking up and the content creation is really paying off. We are now ranking for over 5000 keywords and our traffic continues to climb. Best of all...we are so excited for the future. We are seeing the results and loving it.

Excellent they are always available and take any ideas we have and apply them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jace and Kiahna really care about our business. They are stressed when we are stressed and you can feel it. They put in a lot of hours into our business to help it grow.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always some miscommunication or some mess-ups here and there but we are growing. It also took a little longer than we had hoped. When our phones are not ringing it can get really stressful.

We picked them because I knew Jace. We grew up together.

There is a lot that goes into this questions. We started in 2011. Website and video was the 1st step. Once the website was built we launched our first video on YouTube. That day the phone started to ring. We grew and hit the INC 5000 within a couple of years. All the leads came in from our online marketing efforts.

At first it was Just me working with Jace.

Huge success. We made and continue to make a lot of money.

Well back int 2013 we did have a huge hit to traffic because of the Google updates. It hurt us a bit, but we were able to compensate with Google Ads and social media ads.
