Red Collar developed a multi-page website design. A lot of work also has been done to develop each page met business requirements and gave a complete understanding of the specifics of our company’s work. Red collar has developed a CRM system that makes it very easy to add information to the site. In general, we are very pleased with this cooperation and we are going to cooperate with them again.

We came to Red Collar for a complete rebranding for our company. At the beginning of the project, Red Collar redesigned our company logo based on the ideologies of our company. They recreated our logo into a more professional and modern design. Alongside that, a mascot was created to provide the company with a new identity that clients can associate with the company. 
The team provided elements alongside our new logo and mascot, from merchandising designs to imagery to use on a variety of resources. From there, the team have moved on to rebranding our sub-brand. Included in this rebranding, Red Collar made a list of names based around the company identity and values. This list was discussed and decided as a team. 
Moving forward, Red Collar are working closely with the team to discuss their ideas of the sub-branding identity, acknowledging where we, as a company, want to take the branding and how we want it to represent our organization. Once this element has been complete, the Red Collar team will be working on a new website design for our company. 
Throughout the whole process, the Red Collar team have been working closely with the FMEC team, especially with the marketing team, to get a good understanding of the company and what we want our rebranding to represent, as well as a marketing strategy to help support the company moving forward. Red Collar achieved all our rebranding in a professional matter and took on board everyone's opinions.

The majority of the work was delivered on time. The team was very clear as to when we would receive updates and new materials to use, which greatly helped us forecast for our deadlines. Regular meetings and emails from the team meant we were always kept up-to-date with the progress and could clear any issues quickly. 
The team were extremely helpful when we required any help or needed something changing. Our Red Collar team were quick to reply to any questions and provided in-depth information to explain any issues. Their project management was very effective, professional, and organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With each meeting, the team always provided a very informative yet eye-catching presentation. The brand books and presentations were extremely professional as well as easy to follow and read. In addition to this, the team used new technology to help us with our marketing. For example, the design of our mascot in an AI format was extremely impressive for us as this is a new technological development for our team to use, and will be extremely helpful in our marketing strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Collar could have done differently?

Logos and mascot sent in a number of different file formats, rather than just eps files, such as jpeg files. This would be helpful for smaller companies who may not use the same software as Red Collar.

After 5 years of product evolution, we urgently needed to renew our website to sync it with our market offers. Red Collar's task was to collect all the internal requirements, conduct target audience interviews and design a modern and informative corporate website.

We came to Red Collar to help us get an online store. Initially, another team was supposed to come up with key visuals and general design, but the outcome was miserable. Red Collar came to the rescue. They analyzed the market and our competitors and updated our brand book to include key visuals that work on the web. After that, they designed the entire website and developed it (frontend and backend) and also created the online store functionality, profiles, and a Telegram bot.

Also the designers were really good, both in communication and the delivered look of the online store. They made the brand look premium and exactly what we wanted it to be.

We wanted Red Collar to create visually impressive, immersive and generally cool-looking website. They delivered. The site was custom-built to our needs. I liked that the whole team was visible and accessible throughout the process, they didn’t use freelancers or outsourced anybody. It wasn’t super fast, but we didn’t expect it considering the design we aimed for.

• The website is working smoothly and is visually impressive. The website took international awards. The website contains all content sections needed.

We communicated throughout the project. We agreed on a website structure (general discovery phase), they brainstormed the creative and design concept after interviewing us. Saw designed pages first before they went into code. Quite smooth process. Wasn’t fast, but we added some additional work (copywriting, photo editing) so the whole thing took longer than expected. Which is usual for these things I guess.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is super creative - that’s what you want in this business. And it’s hard to find. The atmosphere about the team is fun and very open, not too formal at all (co-founders of the company are friends and it shows in the general vibe). The website took international awards which was pretty great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Collar could have done differently?

We were pretty much happy with everything and referred Red Collar to others in the industry. It’s been a couple of years since the site is running, doesn’t need support, everything is smooth + the design still looks relevant.
