Our journey began with the development of a tool for generating Amazon HTML descriptions. After some brainstorming and discussions about our vision, we delved into the specifics with their designer. They provided us with visualizations, which underwent several iterations based on our feedback. 

Once we greenlit the final design and provided the necessary materials, Recodeit got to work. They kept us in the loop throughout, ensuring the tool met our expectations. Along the way, they addressed technical aspects, like updating plugins. The highlight was the creation of the R&R Explorer, a tool designed to scrape Amazon product reviews and generate insightful reports. 

As the tool evolved, they introduced features like automatic reporting, keyword analysis and a complete redesign. They even proposed enhancements, such as Website positioning strategies and the integration of new certifications. After wrapping up the main development, they stayed in touch to ensure everything was running smoothly, promptly addressing any glitches.

With Recodeit's expertise, our tools, especially the R&R Explorer, have become central to our operations. They're used internally and have significantly enhanced our understanding of user sentiments on sales platforms. The tools have been a game-changer, and while they're not public-facing, they've been instrumental in our strategies.

The Project Manager was our main point of contact, overseeing the entire process and ensuring smooth coordination. We also had interactions with the designer during the visualization stages. Throughout the project, we maintained regular communication, primarily through phone calls and emails.

What truly stood out was Recodeit's commitment and proactive approach. They didn't just execute tasks; they brought fresh ideas to the table, ensuring that the tools were not only functional but also innovative. Their dedication was palpable, and their ability to pivot and adapt based on our feedback was commendable. The relationship felt more like a partnership than a transaction, and that made all the difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Recodeit could have done differently?

In the early stages of our collaboration, there were instances where Recodeit's punctuality wasn't up to par, leading to some delays. At times, it wasn't entirely clear where we stood in the project's timeline. However, a simple phone call or email was enough to get clarity. 

There were moments when their friendly approach made them approach tasks a bit too casually. But the moment we raised a concern or provided feedback, they were quick to address it and revert to a more professional stance. It's commendable how they took feedback in stride and made immediate improvements.

I am a physiotherapist at Wiktormed Center Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy in Sopot. We work with patients who have ailments of the musculoskeletal system.

We hired Recodeit to redesign the company's website. We wanted to modernize the appearance, expand selected sections and improve the operation of the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have cooperated with Recodit once again. Now and during previous projects, we were very pleased with the results of the work, so we decided to start another one. Quick and trouble-free contact with the team, perfect understanding of the vision and our needs as a client are one of the most important aspects of cooperation.

A professional approach and quick execution of subsequent tasks gave the feeling of the team's commitment to the work performed and caring for good contact with the client. We are very pleased with the product obtained.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After initial talks about the vision of changes, I discussed the details of the appearance and placement of new content with the designer. Then I received a visualization on the basis of which we made further corrections. After agreeing on all the changes and sending the source materials, they started making changes to the website. After verifying that everything is in line with our expectations and the improvement works, the changes were finalized. In the meantime, the technical issue of website operation, e.g. plugin update, was also addressed.

We also received suggestions regarding, for example, website positioning or the implementation of new certificates. Some time after the final changes were made, they were contacted with me to verify that everything was working properly, and in case of errors, they were fixed immediately.

At least 3-4 people worked on our project. Project director, designers and team members responsible for physically making changes to the site. I had direct contact with the project director, who supervised the entire process and coordinated the work, providing all information and comments. We were in constant contact by phone and e-mail. I contacted the designer at the stage of creating the project and visualizing changes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the changes, our website gained a new look and content more adequate to the services we actually perform. Website search statistics and user visits have clearly improved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Contact with the team members was very easy and friendly. Messages were answered in a very short time, and the implementation of the ordered tasks was always performed on time. The whole team was very helpful, when there were additional questions or doubts on my part, I always got the information I needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the team's work. Once my order was taken care of, everything happened very quickly, but when I needed time to make a decision, I didn't feel pressured. Despite the kilometers separating us, there was a positive atmosphere in the conversations and good mutual understanding in the effects of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, it would be worth developing a way of informing customers about additional technical issues that people who do not work in the IT industry may not know about, for example server capacity or additional certificates, so that there is more time to take related actions, which may improve work on changes and would reduce the number of repairs.

I am the CEO of a VR game publishing and development company headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We were looking for an outstaffing agency to help us find and work with a competent part-time Unity developer who would help us develop our games and work on our other projects with our team. Our goal was to work more efficiently and be able to easily outsource some of our tasks.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Recodeit based on our past, good experiences with them and we were happy with a blind CV they presented. We ordered our company website about a year ago from them and we were happy with how it turned out. When choosing a software house that would make our website, Recodeit was recommended to us by our partners.

The Unity developer from Recodeit became a part of our team. She was given tasks regularly and worked under our project manager. Most of the tasks consisted of changes to games' UI and adding functionality.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

We first discussed the responsibilites of a developer who was to fit this role. We needed a developer to become part of our team, so that we wouldn't just have him/her on a singular project, but could use his/her skills on multiple projects that would come up. We require flexibility, responsibility and part-time availability. The developer also had to be on junior to mid level. These requirements made it hard and cumbersome to fill the role on our own and we needed someone like that soon. Recodeit recommended us one of their developers who would meet our expectations. They gave us her blind CV beforehand.

After a short interview and brief presentation of the projects that the developer has worked on, we considered that developer a good match. We then proceeded to sign an agreement where the rates, availability and skillset were stated. We briefed the developer on our ways of communication and introduced her to our workflows. She started working directly with us soon after, while still being employed by Recodeit

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The developer had part in each project that came out under our name. She managed to offload our main developers very well, allowing our core team to focus on the most important aspects of our games. Occasionally she would help with those as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated mainly through Discord, since that happend to be ours and theirs main communicator, but we could also use email and phone when needed. Hours were tracked through Clockify. The respond time during work hours was fairly prompt. The project management was on our side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoyed working with them because of their approach. They didn't behave overly professional or distanced. They engaged with us, our projects, provided honest suggestions and opinions. I'd dare to say that not only the developer, but the whole team became a friend of us and our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While being friendly, they sometimes became a bit too unprofessional and loose. They also have a tendency to be too confident in their perspective and solutions. With a quick call everything gets clarified fairly quickly.

We needed to establish a business relationship with an experienced software house to design and develop websites of our clients. At first we wanted to develop a website for our company and a website for our client, who is a developer and distributor of premium yachts. Then we planned to see if we can cooperate with the team on a regular basis.

We selected this vendor based on a recommendation. We saw their portfolio, arranged a meeting, liked the presented offer and went to cooperate with them straight on.

We hired Recodeit to create a website for our client and us. For our website, we opted for a more budget solution, and we were recommended to have a website built based on a paid WordPress theme. We were given plenty of good-looking themes that aligned with our branding. After choosing one, the basic graphic designs showed the arrangement of sections and pages. Then Recodeit's developer proceeded to make the website. We are picky, and we asked for changes multiple times, but the developer was patient with us, and in a couple of weeks, the site was deployed.

The website for our client needed to be of premium quality and feel. We were recommended a custom-made solution with WordPress as an underlying CMS. This project started with an in-depth briefing and multiple revisions of a pixel-perfect graphic design. Only when the designs were accepted did the developer proceed to development, which took around 2 weeks + revisions. These projects also required Recodeit to create basic branding elements for us and our client, i.e., logo, typography, colors, and business cards, and then implement them in the mentioned websites.

Two web developers worked on the websites' code - one developer for each website. The UI/UX designer from Recodeit was responsible for the graphic designs. We stayed in touch with their project manager and contacted either him or the designer, depending on what was needed. We didn't contact the developer directly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The websites turned out really good, we were pleasantly surprised.

We communicated through Discord, email and phone calls. The projects had fixed scopes, so we weren't involved in project management. They were also fixed-price, so we didn't get access to time-measuring tools. We were given access to their Google Sheets document through which we could efficiently provide feedback, suggestions and report bugs if any were missed on developer's part. We could also contact the project manager at any point and ask for updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite them seeming a small-sized software house, they were able to deliver results of high quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They tend to get visibly upset when the client is undecisive or changes things frequently, which may seem unprofessional to some extent, but is understandable in our opinion. Also, the first version of our website that we were asked to give feedback on was underdeveloped (it lacked a couple of sections, pages weren't named properly, Lorem ipsum wasn't yet changed etc.), but after we gave our feedback everything was fixed quickly. They didn't make the same mistake during the development of the second website.

Their work included everything from the visual design and logo creation to full-stack development, quality assurance, and project management.

• The MVP version of the web application successfully integrated with LinkedIn and email platforms, providing user-friendly interfaces for creating, managing, and deploying automated marketing campaigns. Though it's still in its pre-launch phase, the product has already shown a significant promise in usability testing.
