Certain number of functional sites were to be deployed by certain dates. All agreed timelines were met.

We did not have a language barrier to overcome and the work was adaptive, but they delivered spot on.

They followed our instructions to the letter but also gave important insight to functionality...so it'shard to find something they need to do better.

We needed our website built and wanted someone who was very experienced in front-end development. RB Infosoft helps us greatly as our primary web development and design partner, as they're able to incorporate our Figma files and create custom plugins to achieve great results.

We searched on freelancer and tested a couple of developers by giving them small projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Feedback from clients is that it's much clearer and they know what the product is about - previously it was a little confusing on what we sold. Now it's much clearer.

We used mainly skype to chat. He'd send daily reports and i'd check and give feedback if needed. UI UX team would also give him feedback on what else to improve on.

They are great with front-end development and quite good with back-end too. Very competent in getting the most out of wordpress too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, no complaints so far. Good value too.

We interviewed a few vendors and shortlisted 3 and requested them for quotations and meeting the team before proceeding with awarding the project.

We had a meeting to discussing the plan for requirements before proceeding to finalist the technical specifications and timeline. This was followed by development, UAT and then delivery and warranty of project.

The project had 5 people. 1. WordPress Developer 2. Graphic Designer 3. Business analyst 4. SEO/SMO 5. Drupal Developer

The project was completed on time and within specifications.

Communication was good with regular updates on skype both via text and calls. We also used Asana for project mannagement.

The were reliable and committed to the project. They didn't mind challenging tasks and always delivered.
