We hired Rayyone to build an internal order, delivery, appointment and records management platform, a patient-facing onboarding and digital assessment interface, a patient-facing mobile app, internal tools and automations to improve productivity, as well as engaged them to optimize internal infrastructures to improve efficiency and manage costs

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a successful app launch with over 40k MAU within 12 months. We had an efficient operations flow, which allowed us to operate with fewer staff and a lower level of disruption and incidents. We received positive feedback from patients on the convenience of our online flows and checkout processes.

They were extremly timely in their delivery and had excellent communication with us. They were quick to respond to queries and offered useful insights. They were efficient with staffing and team management and were able to manage resources well to ensure that different facets of the project were delivered on time.

They are a solutions-driven team that handled every challenge well and took the initiatve on many occassions to propose ideas and implement features that furthered not just the goal of the project, but of the company. They also have English-speaking members in the team, which made it easy to work with them.
