Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm business administrator at a Leisure Holidays Company selling any and all services related to Holidays. We are a 100% local company with business in UAE since 1996. Raspberry built a brand new look and feel website for us in 2021.

Since the new website there has been tremendous increased in no of visitors and sales. Raspberry team did exception job by providing us the site that we wished along with providing profession feedback and suggestions. The website design is sophisticated, responsive and organized with simple navigation. Thank you Raspberry Team:-)

For what projects/services did your company hire Raspberry IT Services, and what were your goals?

We always thrive to be market leaders be it the products that we put in the market, unique itinerary or our presence in the market. Hence we wanted a new look and feel for our existing website which gave this essence. We wanted to increase our SEO, along with leads which we have fully accomplished.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a specific budget while the requirement was high, we noticed that Raspberry team had created projects that caught our eye. Their price fit our budget as well.

Initially we had a meeting with the sales team who gathered all the information as it was fully customised requirement. we discussed on the objective with handover time. Post our initial meeting we received few demo links that we could choose, there were few additional customizations from the management that was well met. we were updated continuously on project update, we were give one week time to test the website before going live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were introduced to a business development executive who was our only point of contact. There were 2 developers and a designer working on the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We noticed a incredible increase in the client visiting the website plus we started to gain good amount of enquiries.

Everything was organized, we were informed what was their expectation from us a client. They listened and delivered, their professional feedback helped us to improve some aspects of the website.

Their design and responsiveness are unique and impressive.

We had some teething issues but the constant communication help us resolve it immediately
