We were looking to redo our case for support since we had programmatic changes.

What were your goals for this project?

To communicate to our donors, volunteers and staff the impact of their donations. Since we were changing and adding programs we wanted to make sure that our old donor base still supported our work.

They did a printed case for support brochure and matching website. The brochure included our mission and vision. Each page would reference a program and include a problem and the solution our agency provides. We also included statistics about our programs. The corresponding webpage helped us with another avenue to communicate to donors.

We worked with our account representative and there was a web designer and another copywriter she worked with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We have heard, anecdotally, from staff and donors that the case for support is easy to read and the corresponding website is interactive and engaging.

Editing copy took the most time. We found that some edits were not carried through, causing more time spent on copy. More attention to all changes and edits could be improved upon.
