I’m the founder of a SportsTech SaaS company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ramlatech?

We were working with another agency before Ramlatech. That agency was very slow, unreasonably expensive, and only allocated four hours of work per week on our project. This caused us to lose our competitive edge, which was being the first to the market. Another competitor showed up and executed more quickly.We decided to switch over to Ramlatech because they work with us as a partner, not as a client of theirs who they try to keep upselling. The team at Ramlatech is highly professional and has strong entrepreneurial skills. They even advised us to try and cut down on several non-essential features for our MVP to save us time and money to go live.

What were the goals and objectives behind this project?

We needed to build a sports club management software and a mobile application for players to book courts and coaches, find partners, and join tournaments.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ramlatech has been handed early MVP files that were incomplete. The team has rebuilt the entire tech stack on better technology, languages, and infrastructure to ensure scalability in the future. Ramlatech has handled the entire project.Ramlatech has developed a user-facing mobile platform that allows players to discover nearby padel clubs and available courts, book courts directly through the app or website, make secure online payments and wallet top-ups, join matchmaking sessions based on skill level, availability, and location, track game history, rankings, loyalty points, and achievements, receive booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications, and access promotions, partner rewards, and club offers.Ramlatech has also developed a cloud-based management system for sports clubs to handle daily operations, including court reservation management, staff and coach scheduling, membership and player database management, POS and payment reconciliation, pricing management, subscription and package management, inventory and pro shop management, reporting and analytics dashboards, multi-branch and role-based access control, and Arabic and English bilingual support.Additionally, Ramlatech has customized and deployed white-label solutions for enterprise clients such as municipalities, sports villages, and premium clubs. The team has also developed operational automation to reduce manual work and improve customer experience.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ramlatech has delivered a live product fully functional demo on the web, app, and play store. The team has delivered a stable, scalable product that has enabled us to onboard real users, sign clubs, and begin commercial operations without unnecessary delays. We’ve had 4,000 downloads.

How did Ramlatech perform from a project management standpoint?

Ramlatech has demonstrated strong project management throughout the development of Playsonic and consistently operated as a true technology partner rather than just a software vendor. Their team has maintained clear communication, structured delivery milestones, and strong accountability across the full project lifecycle — from product planning and technical architecture to development, testing, and deployment.Ramlatech has helped break down a complex platform into well-defined development phases, ensuring that both the player-facing mobile app and the club management SaaS platform progress in a structured and manageable way. The team has provided clear project timelines and sprint planning, regular progress updates and review sessions, transparent prioritization of features based on business impact, and strong responsiveness to feedback and iteration requests. This has given us confidence in execution and allowed us to make strategic business decisions alongside product development.Ramlatech has consistently shown ownership of the project, proactively solving technical challenges rather than waiting for direction. As with any serious SaaS product, there have been natural iterations and refinements during development, but deadlines have been handled professionally, and expectations have been managed transparently.Their involvement has not stopped at deployment. Ramlatech has remained responsive during testing, optimization, and post-launch improvements, helping us refine the platform based on real customer usage and operational feedback. This level of support has been critical in moving from development into actual business execution.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ramlatech is truly a value-based organization. They embody and live their purpose, not just any random “our values” page. The team is entrepreneurial and experienced. They’ve saved us so much time and money because they’ve been through the experience of starting products before. Ramlatech is very invested in our product’s success. They also contribute ideas and advice, and not just do what we want. They can easily take our money and do what we ask, but they deliberate and discuss our requests thoroughly to ensure we’re on the best track.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Ramlatech is a boutique firm, and they only take on several projects at a time. I’d love to see them expand and grow their team.
