I am the co-owner of a company that delivers web-based training and products in the mental health space.

We hired Rajesh as we needed someone to deal with various aspects of web development including Drupal and Wordpress websites.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were assigned Rajesh after the previous person in his role left the services company he was working for at the time.

Since Rajesh has been working with us for over 10 years, it would be impossible to describe in detail what he has done for us. His work is now typically higher level, such as migrating a large Drupal site to a new version and tackling technical css or coding challenges that our other developers are having problems with.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Rajesh works directly with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Again, this question is difficult to answer as Rajesh's work is so diverse and wide-ranging.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Rajesh is extremely conscientious, updating regularly on work progress and acting proactively when needed. I can trust him completely to get on with work on his own and only to check in when he needs something clarified. I have never had a more reliable offshore developer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He is reliable, hard-working, conscientious, intelligent and thoughtful, but at the same time happy to take direction and to learn.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of any.
