I’m the director of Raj Vedanta School, an ICSE (The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) board school based out of Bhopal, India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Raj Digital?
When we started the school, we didn’t have any digital presence at all. We didn’t have a proper website or social media content, so we signed a contract with Raj Digital to help us.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them a brief about our school, its process, and its target audience. We then provided them with a couple of photographs of the school, as well as a tour of everything that we do. We asked them to create content accordingly. After creating basic content for us, we asked them to come up with good strategies to convert as many prospective students as possible.
What is the team composition?
I believe a team of five people was assigned to the project initially. When we increased the budget, they increased the team to about eight people. There were two digital strategists, one content curator, one content developer, and one web developer. The other people were social media strategists and graphic designers.
How did you come to work with Raj Digital?
They were referred to us by the principal of the school. After we spoke to them, they came over to the school to see everything. We signed a three-month contract initially which was later extended to six months.

Before we started working with them, we had a lot of problems with our website. They were able to correct the website and develop very good branding strategies. We converted nearly 500 students through the social media strategies and content they created.

They were very helpful. We had asked them to do a lot of work even though it was the peak of COVID-19 in India, but they were able to help us in every way possible.
We had a lot of communication through WhatsApp and we sent them the content they needed through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We really liked how they really went out of their way to help us out with a lot of the branding and content. Time is very precious when it comes to admissions, and they made sure that we could use the time to do as much conversion as possible — they were very flexible in helping us achieve that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They were helpful, but they initially lacked the technical skills in configuring the website. However, by the end of the project, they were able to get some technical people on board to help us with the technical part of the website.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
In order to get the most out of the engagement, I would advise having a one-on-one conversation with the team. They will help you create a strategy to get everyone on board. The process they’ll create will be very seamless, so all you have to do is trust the process.

We needed help with our online marketing because, when we opened, we weren’t aware of the online marketplace nor the digital world. For us, it was a big challenge.

What was the scope of their involvement?
When we first met Raj Digital, we had a very basic website. It wasn’t up to date, and we couldn’t attract traffic into it. Thus, their first task was to redesign it.
Even with the old website, we weren’t ranking anywhere near the top results of Google search despite being one of the major co-working spaces in our state. Thus, after they completed the website, they started helping us with SEO.
For this effort, Raj Digital created the entire content for our site; we only gave them our input and some information about our services. They also suggested some keywords to use for our content.
Currently, they help us maintain our social media presence on different platforms. Additionally, they regularly strategize our content, provide maintenance to our website, and take care of our branding.
What is the team composition?
When Raj Digital was creating the content for our website, there were two people involved in the project. However, once we extended their scope, their entire online marketing team jumped into the project. In total, there are 4–5 people involved.
Their team includes an SEO expert, a graphic designer in charge of our posts, a developer in charge of ensuring that the website is working properly, and a content strategist. The best part of working with Raj Digital is that I can also interact with their owner, and he monitors what the team is doing.
How did you come to work with Raj Digital?
When we started promoting our facilities, a client of ours told us about Raj Digital. Then, we talked to them about our business, and they introduced us to the strategist. We had a phone call, but it was difficult for us to close the deal because we didn’t understand much about SEO; we were very unaware of it.
When we met in person, they helped me understand their involvement. After that, I decided to work with them for 1–2 months just to get our website up and running. However, I started to see changes, and people started telling us that they had found us online. For us, there was no turning back; we wanted them to take care of our whole digital marketing.
