We are a technology sourcing and distribution company.

We’re a startup company about to go into the growth phase. There are certain services we have to outsource because we can’t do everything ourselves.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve been supporting us in our services from time to time, handing directory registration, accounting, and tax filing. Most of their work with us centers around accounting. We just tell them what we need, and they deliver it. They do the tax filing on a monthly basis and other tasks on an ad hoc basis.
