We wanted to promote new products for our customers by doing online social campaigns and sending samples to consumers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed the UX/UI of the platform that consumers would use to sign up to receive samples. They also developed a CMS for us to keep track of contact information.

We gave them examples of what we wanted, and they developed the solution based on our preferences. I think they used Java, among other languages.

Right now, they’re supporting us on a retainer basis.

What is the team composition?

We work with a project manager and two developers.

How did you come to work with Railay?

I was doing some projects in Vietnam and my usual vendors were not available, so I reached out to a few companies. I thought Railay was the best fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

They worked on the initial project from December 2019–February 2020, but they’re still supporting us through a retainer.

Everything has been working error-free. Our internal team is happy with how the project went and with the results.

There were no issues on their side with meeting deadlines. The delays were a result of our in-house team not clarifying the scope and requirements.

The communication was really smooth. Sometimes, it’s difficult to communicate with offshore vendors, but having an account manager was great.

No, there’s nothing I can think of off the top of my head.
