Also, providing monthly reports with insights in order to eliminate unsuccessful campaigns, choose the right alternatives and achieve better results. 

The key deliverables were: to increase the convresion rate of the boats and outboards/inflatable boats/navigation segment, to increase purchases of outboards and other boating equipment by 30%, to increase the number of new prospective buyers to our website

We have been experiencing the ongoing growth of revenue, return on ads spend, as wel as an increase in average order value since the launch of the campaigns with our partners Raibec.. Also, we have successfully eliminated technical issues related to our ecommerce platform that were distorting the numbers in Google analytics and preventing the accurate reporting.

We start our work day from digital marketing KPI dashboard to check our performance. It helps us stay on track and improve not only individual digital marketing actions, but also the performance of the entire e-shop business. Now we know what works better and what needs to be improved. Since November 2019, the turnover of our e-shop has increased 5 times.

Ambitious change is not easy. We are all different characters with different experiences, different knowledge and understanding. There were things we had to change, and in some cases they had to adjust to us. I think both sides did they best. I am glad that we have found a way to work towards one goal.
