Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Radom Digital led the design phase of our mobile application, creating native apps for both Android and iOS. Their proposal was informed by thorough market and user research, including interviews conducted at the project's outset. Using Figma, they developed detailed user personas, journeys, and app flows, and delivered a complete UI/UX design.

Following the successful completion of the design phase, we moved forward with Radom Digital for development. Radoms digital joined the project to collaborate with our internal technical team, building the Android app using Kotlin and the iOS app using Swift.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Radom Digital effectively met our needs, and collaboration between our teams was seamless. From the early stages, we had visibility into their development progress through access to their GitHub repositories. Our engineering teams worked closely together and functioned as a unified, cohesive unit throughout the project.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Radom Digital delivered the project on time and within budget. They managed the workflow using Monday.com, which our team had access to for visibility, although we primarily communicated via Slack. Monday.com allowed us to track their progress when needed, while day-to-day interactions remained seamless through Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about the Radom Digital team was their strong, long-standing collaboration. I was specifically looking for a team with deep experience working together, and Radom delivered on that. Unlike other firms I’ve encountered where teams often feel loosely assembled their cohesion and six years of working as a unit clearly showed in both their workflow and the quality of their work. A key factor in the project's success was the designer’s clear understanding of what was technically feasible, which helped align design with development from the start.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Radoms Digital could have done differently?

In my opinion, there’s nothing Radom Digital could have done better. Although I had initial concerns that challenges might arise, everything went smoothly. The collaboration proved to be mutually beneficial, and the working relationship exceeded expectations.
