Our project manager Gowtham is awesome! He leads the way with the team to develop custom solutions for our business needs and keeps us well informed with regular updates. No complaints, we are very happy with project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have been working with the team at Radicalstart for about a year, and have been very, very happy with both the Rentall product and exceptional service from the team at Radicalstart. I have a considerable amount of front-end development experience, so what really caught my eye were the cutting-edge tech stack, scalable architecture, and incredible performance. Radicalstart also has the right people in place to match the product performance. Everyone I worked with at RadicalStart was prompt, professional, courteous, and informative. The product can be used as-is out-of-box with the included white-labeling service, but if you have special business requirements and need customizations, the team can offer and implement the perfect solutions. I can only speak for the Rentall product, but based on my experience, I have to think that the other products are equally impressive. So, if you have an idea or vision that you would like to share with the world/bring to market, I would highly recommend Radicalstart!

Our company was in need of technical advisment to assess the feasibilty of our application. Together with a public API provider RadicalStart has taken the task upon itself to investigate all the possiblities. They've done so, free of charge. We have asked a lot of time from them to discuss, research and assess everything we asked. This resulted in detailed information that helped us improve our business a lot. It also gave us the right insights to present to our investors. RadicalStart was not only helpfull but also adequate and knowledgeble. Asked the right questions, said no when its not realistic and gave us everything we asked for. They delivered us: 

• Valuable insight and some sort of knowledge center who we could ask anything  
• A detailed project requirements document with an in depth analysis of the usage of a public API 

The project is currently on hold but aiming to continue as soon as possible in collaboration with RadicalStart.

 A detailed project requirements document with an in depth analysis of the usage of a public API. With our company and concept we're venturing new grounds. The collaboration we seek is custom code, custom architecture and custom approach. RadicalStart gave us all we need to validate the technology and to see if its applicable and feasible.

All on time and when asked question replied immediately. Open to have virtual meetings to clarify and provide additional context. They've overdelivered on their promises and our needs.

We're impressed with their willingness to work with us whilst knowing that there's no budget in the initial phase. They're opportunistic and knowlegdable, a rare combination today. As said, we still aim to collaborate with RadicalStart as soon as the budget is there.

We partnered with RadicalStar to develop the NEXT2ME app from concept to launch. The scope of work included full app design and development for iOS and Android, backend architecture and database setup, API integration, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, real-time service provider mapping, secure payment integration, and testing to ensure stability and performance. Key deliverables included: 

• Fully functional NEXT2ME mobile app for iOS and Android
• Backend system with scalable architecture and database
• Integrated payment and booking system
• Real-time service provider search and map functionality
• Admin panel for service management
• Comprehensive testing and bug fixes prior to launch

RadicalStar guided us through each stage, ensuring the app met our requirements and delivered a smooth, reliable experience for our users.

Overall, our experience with RadicalStar was excellent. One area for improvement could be providing slightly more detailed documentation during handover, which would make onboarding new team members or managing updates easier. Other than that, their responsiveness, expertise, and professionalism were outstanding throughout the project.

Dock-A-Day is a short-term dock rental business focused on providing easy dock spaces for the everyday boater. Dock-A-Day’s platform allows for dock owners to rent out their unused or rarely used dock spaces to boaters that are in need of a short-term solution for all their docking needs.

Whether it be traveling, a weekend outing, or just wanting the convenience of keeping a boat in the water, Dock-A-Day will be able to provide!

After the launch, we started to see steady increase in bookings and happy that their updates are applicable for lifetime.

We extendes the delivery time by 15 days as we need customisation in branding. But they delivered others as mentioned.

All meetings we virtual and we got updates then and there through WhatsApp.

RadicalStart understood the requirements and was very clear about the challenges we faced. I guess this shows their expertise in vaction rental industry. Their vacation rental platform almost had every feature we were expecting, so we decided to tweak a little bit on branding and email notifications.

They were good people to work with. No improvement to mention.
