Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our first objective was to create a mobile app. That has been completed and on iPhone and Android currently. Then we turned our focus into a large-scale distribution platform that was very complex. That has been built out successfully, with many integrating parts to it. We successfully implemented our merchant accoutn APIs into the dashboard to be able to pay out distribution from the sales on the product. Finally, we custom built portals for all members of the product, as well as distribution partners.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were a handful of items. The mobile app was first. The distrubution platform was second. The custom portals were apart of that. The merchant account hookup was last and very important. There were checkmark steps along the way on this throughout the whole time.

We were in constant communicatiion the entire time. Whatsapp and Google Meet were very common forms of communication. Communication was probably the biggest strength, as we were never left in the dark on any items. They responded to our needs pretty much immediately at all times, and would go out of their way to get the job done no matter the day or the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There was nothing that could not be solved. Absolutely everything that was needed was done. There is not a single issue that they can't find a solution for, and that is crucial. At no point did I ever have to worry about something not being possible, as I knew they would find a soluton for it. I would pair this with their ability to think on their own and not have to be told everything. They are able to think for themselves, and based on what is needed get it done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Radical Online could have done differently?

No, I can truly say there is nothing I can recommend for improvement. Absolutely fantastic.

I hired Ignacio to look at a list of software that currently existed for platforms-as-as-service and SAAS to do what I needed for my business. But each of the current offerings had a small list of "pros" and long list of "cons". I asked Ignacio if he could make me custom software with all of the pros, and none of the cons, to give me EXACTLY what I needed to run my business in the online space with as few to no pain points as possible.

He overdelivered. I now have software that has a front end for my customers and a back end for me where every single aspect of my business is covered in one space. Couldn't be happier.

My business has grown multiplicatively since I transferred from old technology to what was made for me. I can now run my business more successfully, and much more easy, than I ever have before. Workload is down, but income is up.

They delivered everything on time. Everything I needed was handled appropriately. They responded in an appropriate amount of time and made any change requests happen within reason as well.

Client requested a highly custom website with a front facing element as well as a client portal that allowed their customers to log in and manage their accounts. We landed the project by offering a highly detailed scope of work with clear and concise milestones all created and delivered by Radical online.

Without Radical I am just a web designer with a small amount of CSS and JS ability so I needed their services to not only execute the complex areas of the project but to help design the project flow and ultimately allow me to land this client.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We executed each milestone efficiently. Communication was prompt and open. The client received more than they asked for which led to referrals and future business.

As stated, the scope of work was detailed and confidence-inspiring. Each milestone felt accurate and realistic. When work began it was clear that this team knew what they were doing and acted nearly autonomously to get the job done. It was obvious that they meant business and were very timely and efficient in getting the work in on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Though remote, the company worked tirelessly to make it feel as thoughhad the same access in communication of an in person client. It can be a little stressful to take a chance on a company far away but these guys took extra care in bridging that gap which made for a stress free experience. 10/10

Are there any areas for improvement or something Radical Online could have done differently?

I know I am supposed to add something here to lend credibility to my review but I cannot think of anything I would improve about the experience. From a wholistic perspective I would say just continue building your skills, and continue down the path of success you have already created for yourselves.
