I’m a senior full-stack engineer at Eride Technologies, a technology company building digital platforms for mobility, border movement, and everyday operations across Africa. What specific goals or objectives did you hire RADIAN to accomplish for Eride Technologies?

We hired RADIAN to design the UI/UX for our products and website. Their role was to translate our product requirements and website goals into professional wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, dashboard layouts, form designs, and responsive page designs. The objective was to create clear, user-friendly, development-ready designs that would guide how our platforms and website should look, function, and be experienced by users.

RADIAN’s scope of work for Eride Technologies covered UI/UX design for our website and digital products. This included creating website and landing page layouts, product screen designs, dashboard layouts, wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, form structures, onboarding flows, and responsive design direction. Their deliverables were intended to give Eride Technologies a clear visual and usability blueprint for how the website and products should be structured, how users should interact with them, and how developers should implement the final interfaces.RADIAN provided design assets as part of their work with Eride Technologies. The deliverables included Figma design files and wireframe sketches, alongside visual UI/UX guidance. The measurable outcomes from the RADIAN project included the delivery of Figma design files, wireframe sketches, website layout structures, product screen concepts, dashboard layouts, form structures, and user journey direction. These deliverables showed progress because Eride Technologies moved from abstract product ideas and requirements into visual, reviewable, and development-ready design references. The project improved clarity around how the website and products should be structured, how users should navigate them, and what developers needed to build.RADIAN’s impact was demonstrated mainly through stakeholder review and approval of design direction, rather than formal numerical metrics. The Figma files and wireframe sketches gave Eride Technologies tangible design assets that could be reviewed, discussed, and refined. This helped the team confirm website structure, product screen layouts, user journeys, forms, dashboards, and responsive design direction before development.While we didn’t track formal metrics such as exact development-time reduction or user-testing score improvements, the project showed success through clearer development handoff, reduced ambiguity, improved stakeholder alignment, and approval-ready design outputs.

The most impressive thing about RADIAN was their ability to convert broad product and website ideas into clear, practical, and reviewable design assets. Their work was valuable because it brought clarity, organization, and professional design direction to a project that involved multiple digital products and user journeys.

There was nothing major RADIAN needed to do differently. We wanted to build a modern B2B SaaS website for Ourcart on WordPress.

Initially, we planned to launch about 10 pages, but the scope was increased to a few more. All pages had long-form content and required developing new design elements and graphics, as well as adding additional colors. RADIAN has handled UX wireframes, design, and development.
