They use a combination of communication tools, including email, phone, and project management software, to keep all parties informed and up-to-date. They are very responsive and always available to address any concerns or questions in a timely manner.

They also provide regular reports and updates to ensure that we are always aware of the progress being made on our project. Overall, their project management style is efficient, effective, and helps us feel confident in their ability to deliver results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive about Radd Interactive was their commitment to professional meta-data optimization, content customization, and curated internal links. These techniques, along with their insightful data reporting and tailored SEO campaigns, set them apart from other companies we considered.

They communicate through everything and ensure that we understand every aspect of it, not just for what they do but so that we may succeed in the future. Every email we sent had a reply usually within the hour, which was very convenient and reassuring.

John is incredibly approachable. His patience with answering questions is unparalleled and his ability to answer all of my questions to the point of transparency is remarkable. He was incredibly efficient at presenting multiple views of data in an efficient matter. Never did I ever feel like he was glossing over information or dragging things out. He is a very effective communicator with a very engaging personality. I very much enjoyed working with him.

The account managers ability to share knowledge about multiple platforms. Most AM are educated in one platform. John could speak articulately regarding many, which was impressive.

Not John. He did everything above and beyond my expectations. However, the SEO team implementing these changes could have provided more clarity about the work completed each month.

In the beginning, we had a chat and consultation to see what was our objective. From there, they started working on improving our digital marketing space exposure through SEO. 

At present, Radd serves as a partner that shows us ways that they can improve our business. The team shows us how we could optimize our SEO performance. It’s almost a hands-off engagement for me since they handle everything for us. They give us reports and let us know their progress while providing suggestions.

I work closely with Abbey (Account Manager). We’ve spoken with other people, but she’s our main point of contact. Whenever she’s not available, another teammate assists us.

Our partnership started in September 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our growth rate has been over 100% year over year. It’s not a number that many companies experience. In other words, we’ve had exponential growth since our engagement with Radd. we now rank for a thousand keywords. I’m grateful for that because it’s truly helped our company.

How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Radd is 100% on top of everything. If they need to adjust something, they notify us and give us reports at our meetings. They provide clear and concise notes. In short, they’ve done everything on their end to make sure everything is easy for us to be successful, especially since I don’t have much time to do tasks outside of my assignment. 

To be honest, I feel lucky for stumbling upon Radd — a lot of companies offer similar services, but we’re still with them because they make things go easier in terms of business and its digital aspects. 

In terms of tools, we use Google Ads. We log in and see our metrics — no other tools are necessary. To communicate, we use video chats, emails, and phone calls.

Our SEO performance has grown exponentially — it’s uncommon to have exponential growth in such a campaign. To make things truly simple, Radd simply cares about us. They care about our business, success, and growth. The team cares about every little detail. 

They’ve always been there for us if needed to answer questions and make any type of adjustments to make sure we’re on the same page. This kind of partnership is rare nowadays. Other companies out there do the bare minimum to give you some results. For comparison, Radd genuinely cares about our business and growth.

No, there aren’t any.

Listen to what Radd can do for you; listen to the insights that they can provide and understand what they can do for your business. At times, business owners try to find one solution to one problem. By contrast, Radd has several solutions to several goals you’re trying to achieve. I’m sure there are at least a few things they can do for your business. When you understand that, it’s an easy decision to work with them.

We were assigned one account manager, John, who acted as our internal advocate. We liked this streamlined approach to communication and appreciated John's ability to speak two languages and walk the line between our marketing team and our web developer.

Saw 20%+ increase in traffic and revenue from a YOY perspective. We're seasonal, so this was the best lookback metric.

Our Account Manager was great about managing our expectations and providing immediate follow-up to our monthly report calls. In between our calls, they were always accessible and quick to respond.

We appreciated our Account Manager's ability to make some new subject matter very digestible through analogies and the dumbing down of tech speak into a language all parties could understand.

I would have liked a little more time on keyword discovery, but that's just a tiny tweak.

From day 1 we have been ranking for more and search terms on the first place of Google. Each month we do better than the previous month in terms of keywords. We also have seen steady increases in organic traffic and goal conversion since getting on board with Radd.

We have a recap call once a month to discuss how the campaign is progressing, any changes in Google algorithms and other changes that should be addressed. We also have an open line of communication for whenever I have questions or concerns and Abbey is very quick to answer.

I find the hard work and attention to detail very impressive. We have seen positive results from the very first day. I am very impressed with the personability of the staff at Radd Interactive. Abbey builds a relationship with her clients and you can tell she truly cares about our success and about us as individuals.

The scope of work includes focusing on various keywords each month that we currently do not rank for and altering our metadata via title tag and description tag for Google to index us better. We started with Radd first by targeting what keywords are most important to us and what product groups are best to start with.

From there, Radd has learned more about our business and success with products and has taken a more hands on approach with us being more hands off. We have a monthly call with our Account Manager - Emily - who does a great job reporting back what the SEO team has improved and how that affected Google's analytics data.

When we started with Radd, we already had 6-7 months of SEO work accomplished by a separate team at a different company. Our benchmark for keywords found on Google's first page was a dozen. Yes, that's right. a two digit number. We currently have over 4000 keywords for that same metric in just over a year working with the team. This resulted in our organic purchases to shoot through the roof and is currently well over 100% growth from the start.

The communication and style of my contact - Emily - is laid back but helpful. She stays on top of my account and reaches out to me for the monthly meeting now in an adhoc approach, which she understands is how I like it. That approach is more difficult to schedule on her end but does a great job reaching out and making it happen at a time she knows works for me: 4 PM EST or later.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I know they are not a huge tech firm but are specialized in SEO. I like that because each client is very important to them and you can tell from the quality of work and the attention you receive, they are not overwhelmed trying to please more clients than they can handle. We are also a small distributor but specialize in the products we offer. Our customers love that about us and we love that about Radd.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this juncture, I am not aware of how they can improve because everything has been great so far.

2022 year to date compared to 2019 we’ve seen a 258% increase in users and 214% increase in revenue. An increase in daily users from 90 in May of 2019 to 200 in March of 2022.

Emily is amazing. She provides ongoing communication and reports to help us see where we need to focus and to provide updates on progress. We receive monthly emailed reports as well as a zoom call for face to face discussions. We are thrilled!

The really care about us. They work hard on monitoring our rankings and working with us to improve on a daily basis. They are truly the best at what they do.
