The more people who come to our website, the better. We wanted to find these people organically to reduce our PPC and social media ad spend. We hired Radd Interactive to supplement our marketing strategy by running SEO efforts for our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started by having bots crawl our website and made changes to different landing pages. They ensured no 404 errors appeared. Their team also works on editing the wording on our site, checking that it’s relevant for our products and that it would rank properly on Google. They’ve worked on meta tags and metadata for different product listings. They’re working to improve the loading speed, too.

I work directly with one person from their team.

I interviewed several people. I’d had SEO work done on the site in the past and was wary, but their proposals and meetings made me comfortable. I also read about the different companies they’d helped in the past and I liked the technology they used, too, since they use AI with their bots.

We’ve been working together since December 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before working with them, only a few of our pages were ranking on the first page of search results. Now, over 140 phrases are ranking highly that link directly back to my company’s site. 

We’ve seen a huge increase in the amount of organic traffic our website is seeing, which helps us bring down our marketing budget. I see a direct correlation between what was happening before and our organic traffic now with their work. 

How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Every month we have a report call with them, which used to be once a week in the beginning. Everything is laid out and easy to understand in layman’s terms. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Seeing our revenue increasing is the major highlight of their work. They are another piece of the puzzle and are the right company for us to improve our SEO. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have patience. Nothing happens overnight and it takes an investment for things to occur. If you’re not patient and work with them, it won’t work well. If they tell you to create blogs or make changes, do it. You’ll start to see gradual changes, which is what it’s all about.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We keep close tabs on the number of page one listings that our products achieve as well as our organic results. All of those results improved consistently, if not significantly, virtually every quarter and year over year. We’ve had no backsliding in results.

How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Radd Interactive meets their commitments. We don’t have to micromanage them in any way because their team’s on top of it. We look at the pages they're working on weekly because their team does what they say that they’re going to do. Radd Interactive's excellent.

Radd Interactive’s responsive and in tune with our competitive market. Their team does their homework to see what our competitors are doing with their listings.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re 100% satisfied.

Be specific in what you want. A lot of companies ask for SEO services and don’t provide specific objectives. In my years of doing this, you get the best performance when you’re clear about your expectations.

We were referred to Radd. We had used several outside marketing companies in the past for various reasons, and they have by far provided the greatest return on investment.

We work directly with the project manager coordinates between the technical team on their side and the content team on our side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have consistently increase the moved products from page 2-5 of search results to page 1 for relevant keyterms. This has increased our organic traffic and provided a steady flow of new customers for our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's been incredibly pleasant working with Radd. They are both responsive to requests and clear and concise with their reports and recommendations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

You can definitely tell that they are a very knowledgeable team. Even when presented with questions outside of the scope of our project they do not hesitate to provide their expert opinions based on prior experience. They are always professional, willing to go the extra mile, and focused on the metrics that matter.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish a bit more time was spent focusing on uber competitive keywords that may be difficult to reach page 1. Over time I feel that incremental improvements on these high traffic search terms could provide a huge lift in organic traffic.

We hired Radd Interactive for two purposes: to increase sales and visibility through their SEO platform and to do the same with Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radd Interactive is providing full services. They’re reviewing our products and comparing them to keywords and phrases that people use to search for products that we sell. They then position those words directly in our ERP system. That’ll help us be found and eventually reach the first page of Google searches.

I have a single point of contact who has a whole team behind him. I haven’t interacted with that team, though.

I’ve had experience with a couple of other SEO firms that weren’t able to get us measurable improvements. While I was looking for another option, either I found Radd Interactive or they solicited me by email.

We’ve spent about $100,000.

The partnership started in September 2017 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have meetings every month to review the previous month’s performance. It includes a bar chart that shows the number of first page rankings we’ve achieved for our keywords and phrases. That metric has climbed every single month for 30 months since we started working together. It’s never declined or plateaued.

On the paid ads, it’s more variable because of the products, competition, and time of year, but it’s still growing nicely.

How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been exceptional. Other than our monthly meetings, we communicate by email and occasionally by phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Other firms are very small with only 1–3 people, but Radd Interactive is large with a dedicated building and full teams working for them. That gives them some depth. They also have their own proprietary software to assist with keyword research and other SEO tasks. The combination of automated software and people working has made for excellent performance. Their performance is the biggest thing for me, and they haven’t disappointed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t really know what that would be. It’s all hands-off for my company, which is really nice. There’s an expense involved with that, but as far as performance, interface, and professionalism, I don’t have any criticism.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make contact and request a proposal. The proposals that Radd Interactive gives are pretty professional and give good reasons for hiring their team. It’s a matter of getting educated about what Radd Interactive can do for your company.

I’m the director of operations and sales at Innovative Dehumidifier Systems. Our company creates tankless, in-wall dehumidifiers. We mainly service the multifamily housing industry.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From a growth standpoint, we’ve seen pretty remarkable improvement since the launch of their campaigns. Internally, Radd Interactive has been very helpful in providing our team with strategies we can implement on our own to continue our success. That collaboration has been a really integral part of our growth as a company.

As a niche product, we can’t run typical campaigns. The team has done a great job of understanding our values, mission, and marketplace to create something really specific and applicable. 

How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform really well. The team is always accessible and available, and they even give us action items to help improve our performance. They’re actively working on the project at all times, often to the point that they’re ahead of us in our timeline. It’s been great working with them.

They’re on the West Coast, while we’re on the East Coast, so most of our conversation takes place over the phone with screen-sharing.

Radd Interactive treats us as though we’re the only company they work with. The team is just as invested in our project as we are internally, which has been very valuable. They’re experts in their field.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Work has been very successful. We started in 2015 with 199 keywords ranking on Page 1 of SERP. As of 12/2019 we now have over 7900. 2019 was our best sales year ever. No doubt, the efforts of Radd Interactive contributed to that success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was very effective. Monthly conference calls with our rep to report on account status were educational and provided opportunity to make strategic changes and reallocate PPC ad spend as needed. Email requests for (ongoing) SEO editing to blog posts and new/revised web pages were responded to quickly and facilitated consistent and ongoing growth of 1st page rankings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They always respond to requests in a timely manner. Consistent / proactive scheduling of monthly conference calls. Informational updates regarding industry and Google trends.

Many marketing agencies seemed to be slight variations of the same service. Radd stood out and has continued to innovate to stay relevant. They’ve used their technology to look at the website as Google does so they can figure out what changes will have the most impact. This was not only impressive, but has proven to be effective.

We have been working with Alex and Radd Interactive since 2015 and have seen impressive results in SEO. Because of our continued SEO success, we added paid and have seen at least 9:1 return on a monthly basis(the most recent numbers are showing 12:1).

Radd Interactive handled our website’s keyword tracking. Every month, or as needed, they’d adjust the right keywords to bring traffic to our site. Their team looked through our site’s content and generated keywords and made SEO efforts. We post consistent blogs and they piggybacked off our content to ensure the SEO was correctly tailored.

We had a huge website migration from using WordPress to Webflow. That included over 350 blogs and tons of other pages. Radd Interactive handled our migration 100% successfully.

Traffic to our site has been increasing yearly. Raymond provides insight into how our Google Analytics metrics have increased. We’ve seen consistently positive results, and the growth has been great.

With the migration project, we were worried that our SEO would take a hit, but it ended up running very smoothly—production wasn't affected. We’re very thankful for that.

They are consistent when it comes to meetings. In terms of tasks, their team always delivers on time. Radd Interactive’s handling of projects is always clear and concise. Their team provides Google Analytics reports as needed, and the reports are succinct. They're a great partner, there’re no disappointments.

I’m most impressed with their industry knowledge about SEO and trends. They know not to only follow trends, but to think outside the box. Their team is very knowledgeable, and I look to them as thought leaders. They know what they’re talking about, and how to implement those thoughts and actions.
