RaceLine Design Studio has supported us with the design of our customer-facing shipping portal, Root2Go. Their scope of work has focused on translating business and user requirements into an intuitive, modern interface that supports key customer workflows across shipment visibility, analytics, and self-service functionality. Key deliverables have included UX/UI design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity screen designs for core portal features, including dashboards and analytics views. RaceLine Design Studio has also assisted with design considerations for demo and non-production environments to ensure sensitive customer data is appropriately masked while still showcasing full platform functionality.

Our engagement with RaceLine Design Studio has resulted in a clear and actionable design foundation for Root2Go, significantly accelerating our product development process. The redesigned user journeys and interface concepts have improved internal alignment across business, product, and development teams, reducing rework during implementation.From a customer perspective, the new designs have enabled clearer shipment visibility and analytics presentation, which directly supports usability testing and stakeholder demos. This has allowed us to validate key functionality earlier, gather structured feedback, and move into development with greater confidence and reduced delivery risk. The goal was to create a digital platform that not only communicates their services clearly but also strengthens their professional brand identity. Objectives Showcase the full scope of LYNERS’ services, including civil, structural, electrical, and project management solutions. Provide an intuitive user experience with clear navigation for municipalities, developers, and industry partners. Highlight flagship projects through engaging visuals and case studies. Ensure mobile responsiveness and modern functionality. Align the design with LYNERS’ corporate identity, professionalism, and people-focused values.

The website is fully responsive, ensuring accessibility across devices. Outcome The new website positions LYNERS as a forward-thinking engineering partner, offering an engaging digital touchpoint for clients, partners, and prospective employees.
