I’m an executive at Thatch, a tech platform based in Singapore. We digitalize workflows for the property rental sector.

We needed them to build our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Raasoft Infotech has been our tech development partner. The team has taken our requirements and built a prototype using Figma. They’ve shown us what the actual product may look like so we can see the interactions and links. They’ve also done this to a high standard, focusing on aesthetics and ensuring the product is clean, neat, and easy to use.

From there, they’ve built the actual app, which has multiple use cases. The team has translated our process flow and prototype into an actual product. Meanwhile, the final phase is coming up — we’re creating a reporting and administrative dashboard for viewing the product’s performance.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with five teammates from Raasoft Infotech, including two main points of contact. One point of contact is a developer, while the other serves as the project leader. 

How did you come to work with Raasoft Infotech?

I asked around and talked to everyone I knew in the sector. Raasoft Infotech stood out because they offered a lower cost but good quality. We tested them with a smaller product and wireframes and moved on from there. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in July 2023, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have a working product today. Raasoft Infotech has addressed ongoing issues and is on standby to answer customer inquiries. Overall, the team meets our expectations and delivers a good product.

How did Raasoft Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We have regular meetings with Raasoft Infotech to review the progress. We have a call twice a week to address issues. The team communicates delays regularly. We use Microsoft Teams to do that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I talk to Raasoft Infotech, I don’t feel like I’m dealing with a vendor or an external party. I feel like I’m dealing with my own team — they’re truly integrated into our work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.
