Quytech is a leader in creating automated chatbots that transform customer service by utilizing a wide range of frameworks.  I won't discuss their work too much. because they deliver their work with genuineness. They were rather helpful overall, albeit there is some ambiguity because they didn't plan, so I could urge them to improvise. 

Their specialties include creating organic conversation flows, choosing the best framework for a given set of requirements, and integrating chatbots into current platforms with ease. Quytech gives chatbots the capacity to learn and adapt by integrating machine learning, which enhances the user experience over time.

In the first month itself the user-download rate reached 1000, which is actually quite impressive for a new app. As of now our app is rated to a few 4.4, which I believe is pretty good. Although it was a bit problematic at the beginning several challenges were well resolved by QUYTECH

We were satisfied with the PM in the QUYTECH project. To track the tasks we used Jira and for the communication purposes, we used Skype and I didn’t experience any issue all along.

When needed, Quytech's well-organized shop can integrate its developers with our team or allow them to remain independent. There was some initial conflict between the design teams during integration, but this resolved itself a few weeks after the project began.

Since we began incorporating Infuy developers into our projects, the quality of the work has continuously increased. Because every task is completed on time, we may go on to estimating and seldom beyond, maintaining a continuous workflow. Only after the product is launched do we usually receive positive comments, which attests to the developers' professionalism and high standard of work.

Our primary means of contact were mail and several messengers for management, and Slack and Google Meet for developers. They were always fast to answer our questions and needs, which allowed us to build productive interaction.
