We brought QUYTECH in to improve our UX/UI. Our current product is quite old and clunky to use over the years. We focused on the onboarding and report/dashboard creation user flows. We required a completely new design, which went through several rounds of user testing to get feedback. And then once the design was completed

User testing and feedback was fantastic. The new UI is a lot more intuitive, and also scored much better in the visual looks category. Our software now feels like a modern sleek yet powerful SaaS product.

Quytech is a pleasure to work with. They really have the processes fine-tuned and never missed a single meeting. They were very accommodating to fit in with the project management tools and communication apps we already used. As with any project, there are occasional small issues that poke up, but Quytech always took care of them and made me feel like a VIP client.

Just all the talent they have on board. Their UX experts and designers are simply out of this world. The best I've ever worked with. Their coding team is the same - their sprint velocity is fast but without making quality suffer. They're a company of tech experts for other tech experts; they're a joy to work with.

I don't really think so. For a year long large project I think interactions has stayed remarkably fresh and there is no sign of "project fatigue" from any team members.

In order to help the team understand what we needed, we have also provided them with information about our hardware and chip. The mobile app, designed for iOS and Android devices, receives data that is tracked by our hardware device. If a user does not have a mobile device, QUYTECH has also created a website where they can sign up to receive email notifications.

The government of that nation has given its approval for the commercialization of our device. Additionally, we have funding, which is a major accomplishment. Both the chips and the app created by QUYTECH are quite effective. Our device's data transmission to the app is excellent. Measureable outcomes were the deliverables being delivered at a high quality and within the agreed timelines.

No they did not, I worked with a number of very poor inexperienced project managers. None of whom were able to produce any work intuitively or autonomously. The work delivered was extremely poor and we only produced a small fraction of the work by myself hand holding a UX designer and telling him exactly what I wanted. The timelines were not adhered to and we went over the provided timeline by 300% with only 20% of the work delivered.

They had nothing good beyond their website and salesperson from the initial calls.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quytech could have done differently?

They can assign full time experienced project managers in the field of mobile application development. They can take projects they're given seriously to try to meet agreements and deliver quality of work.

Our team was working according to "Petros Solomou" but I don't know why Petros Solomou has given negative review to us. You can see everything in our chat on skype. Although he had give 30 minutes to complete task but our team complete in 20 minutes.
