Design and appearance of the application  could improved, but not issue interms of functions of the applications

The scope of work includes several phases, such as planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. In the planning phase, the team establishes the project goals, target audience, and desired features, as well as any technical requirements or limitations. 

The design phase involves creating wireframes and mock-ups, defining the UX, and establishing the visual style and branding. The development phase includes coding, integrating third-party services, and implementing any necessary backend infrastructure. The testing phase involves both unit testing and user testing to ensure the app functions as intended and meets user expectations. 

Finally, the deployment phase includes publishing the app to the relevant app stores and monitoring performance. Key deliverables were, wireframes and mock-ups, a functional prototype , a fully developed app, test reports, and documentation outlining the technical specifications and user guides.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Within the first month of launching our app, we got around 1,000 downloads, something that exceeded our expectations. Currently, our app’s rating is about 4.4; we’re very happy with that. Initially, the app had some issues, but they took care of them.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project manager acts as Scrum Master; the entire project is managed from their side. We have team meetings to discuss tasks and they have internal stand-ups. They assigned developers to certain domains, and they’re flexible when we request changes. We communicate primarily through Zoom. The Product was delivered at estated time

Two things really stand out to me: their good price and high-quality developers and product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quickworks could have done differently?

Nothing on this planet is perfect as it is. The important thing for me when working with a team is to remember that we’re all human beings and when we motivate people, they’ll usually love the work they do and deliver better results.
