We needed to design and build our AI-first PR analytics platform, including backend APIs, interactive dashboards, real-time ingestion and processing on AWS, and custom machine learning models for article-level sentiment and persona segmentation.

Their work covered system architecture, full-stack development (Laravel and React), custom ML models for article-level sentiment and persona analysis, a scalable media-planning engine, and production AWS operations and monitoring. They also handled product strategy, automation, crisis prediction AI, documentation, and post-launch engineering support.

We hired QBF to help us build a software tool that could support our day-to-day work. As lawyers, we are always dealing with a lot of documents, deadlines, and client matters. We needed something that was simple to use but reliable enough to make a difference in our daily operations. Neeraj understood this very well and created a system tailored to our needs.

The system has become an integral part of our daily workflow. Our team now manages all client matters and documents in one place instead of juggling between multiple tools and manual tracking. This has reduced missed deadlines and improved internal coordination. Tasks that earlier took hours, such as retrieving files or updating case progress, can now be done in minutes. Most importantly, even team members with little technical background are able to use the system comfortably, which has increased adoption and consistency across the firm.

Their project management was very effective. They kept us updated at every stage and were flexible whenever we needed changes. Deliverables were provided on time, and in some cases ahead of schedule. What stood out most was their responsiveness, whenever we raised a concern or had a new requirement, they were quick to understand and implement it without disrupting overall timelines. They did weekly calls to provide updates and showed us progress. This gave us confidence that the project was in good hands throughout.
