Quandatum handled a 4-month investor outreach campaign for us. We have solar energy projects in Romania with solid returns, but reaching the right investors in Turkey was a real struggle for us. They did the heavy lifting from start to finish. First, they analyzed which industries in Turkey had the capital and willingness to invest in energy projects abroad. They zeroed in on sectors like textiles, construction, furniture, and defense. Then they built a database of senior executives and business owners in those sectors. The outreach went out through LinkedIn, email, and phone, all with customized messaging around the investment return story since our projects offer payback in about 5 to 6 years. When someone responded positively, they arranged one-on-one presentations where we could walk investors through the project details. Key deliverables included the investor database, all the outreach content, the meeting coordination, and ultimately 23 qualified investor meetings that led to 2 signed deals.

Quandatum helped us reach 23 investors and helped us initiate contact with those. As a result, we successfully signed 2 deals, which helped us both financially and marketing-wise.

Project management was honestly one of the things that impressed us the most. They laid out a week-by-week plan at the beginning and followed through on every milestone. The first phase was all about research and building the investor database, and that was delivered right on schedule. Once the outreach started, they sent us weekly reports showing how many people were contacted, who responded, and what the next steps were. They were also very flexible. Midway through the campaign we asked them to adjust the messaging for a specific investor segment and they had the updated version ready within days. Whenever we had questions or needed something changed, they responded quickly. We never felt like we were left in the dark about what was happening. The whole experience felt like working with an extension of our own team rather than an outside vendor.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What set them apart was their ability to understand a complex product and translate it into a compelling message for a completely different audience. Our projects are technical energy investments in a foreign market, and that's not an easy thing to pitch to someone in the textiles or furniture business. But they figured out how to frame the whole thing around ROI and made it feel accessible and attractive to investors who had never even considered energy before. The fact that they generated 2 actual signed deals from cold outreach in just 4 months says everything. Most agencies would have delivered a spreadsheet of contacts and called it a day. They went way beyond that and actually brought us to the finish line.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quandatum could have done differently?

The only thing I can think of is that the reporting could have been a bit more visual. The data was all there, and the numbers were clear, but a dashboard or something more interactive would have made it easier to share updates with our internal stakeholders. We ended up putting together our own summary slides for board meetings based on their reports. It wasn't a big deal at all, and it didn't affect the quality of work in any way. Everything else, from communication to execution, was really solid.

Quandatum ran a full B2B lead generation campaign for us over 2 months. We had two very specific service lines we wanted to push: market entry consulting and stock option advisory. The challenge was that these services only appeal to a very narrow audience, so traditional outreach wasn't cutting it. They started by using AI tools and LinkedIn to scan over 1,600 companies and find the ones that actually matched our ideal client profile. Then they identified the right decision-makers at those companies, mostly C-level, HR directors and finance heads. The outreach itself was personalized for each company based on their website content and online presence. They didn't just send one message and move on either. There were multiple follow-ups built into the process, at least 5 touchpoints per prospect. Everything was synced with our CRM so our sales team could pick up conversations right where they left off. The key deliverables were the qualified prospect database, the outreach sequences, and most importantly 13 real proposal opportunities that our team could actually work on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In just 2 months, 1,617 companies were scanned and 13 qualified proposal opportunities were created. Monthly proposal opportunities jumped from about 3 to 6-7, and the conversion rate went from 0.3% to 0.8%. The sales team stopped researching and started closing.

Very organized from day one. They set up a clear timeline during onboarding and stuck to it throughout the project. We had regular check-ins where they shared progress updates, response rates, and what adjustments they were making. If something wasn't working with a particular message or audience segment, they didn't wait for us to notice. They flagged it themselves and came back with a revised approach. Our internal team didn't have to chase them for updates which was refreshing. The CRM integration also helped a lot because we could see exactly where each lead stood without having to ask. Deadlines were met consistently and when we had a last-minute request to tweak the targeting criteria, they turned it around within a couple of days. Communication was smooth overall and they were always reachable when we needed them.

Every single message was tailored based on what that company actually does and what their potential pain points might be. You could tell real research went into each one. The other thing that surprised us was how fast they were able to identify and reach decision-makers in very niche segments. We had been trying to do that internally for months with limited results, and they managed to build a qualified pipeline in weeks. Their AI tools clearly gave them an edge that traditional methods just can't match.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quandatum could have done differently?

Honestly nothing major comes to mind. If I had to nitpick, it would be nice to have even more visibility into the AI tools they use behind the scenes. We trusted the process and the results speak for themselves, but sometimes we were curious about how exactly they were scoring and prioritizing leads. A bit more transparency on the methodology would have been appreciated, mostly just for our own learning. But again, the results were there so it's hard to complain.

Our main struggle was that most companies we targeted either already had in-house IT teams or were deprioritizing tech investments due to the economic climate, so we needed a partner who could not just find leads but actually create demand.

We never had to chase them for information; they were proactive about sharing results and flagging anything that needed our input.

They delivered on their initial timeline — market analysis and ICP definition were done in the first week, and outreach was live by week three. When certain messaging angles weren't performing as expected, they adjusted quickly without us having to push for it. The Quandatum Dashboard gave us real-time visibility into campaign performance, which made our internal reporting much easier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quandatum could have done differently?

If I had to pick something, I'd say the initial messaging could have been a bit more tailored to the software industry from the start. It took a couple of weeks of back and forth before we landed on the right tone and angle that resonated with our target audience. That's probably normal when you're starting from scratch, but if they had deeper onboarding around our specific market upfront, we could have saved a bit of time in the early weeks.

Also, as the campaign scaled up and meetings started coming in, it would have been helpful to have more structured handoff notes for each lead so our sales team could walk into those calls better prepared. They did provide context on each prospect, but a more standardized format would have made things smoother on our end.

That said, these are minor things. The overall results speak for themselves and we're still working with them, so clearly the positives far outweigh any small adjustments we'd suggest.
