Ignite Advisory Group helps B2B companies better engage executives at key accounts by designing, managing, and optimizing customer and partner advisory board programs. We offer services like CAB program management, CAB meeting facilitation, and CAB mentorship.

What challenges were you trying to address with Qualeady?

We needed help to create an outbound prospecting strategy and generate scheduled meetings from cold outbound prospects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qualeady has created our outbound sales prospecting and email outreach strategy. The team has conducted lead research and crafted messaging for our outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn. They’ve also come up with new ideas for our campaigns.
For deliverables, Qualeady has researched and created a list of ICP-fit contacts. The team has crafted email sequences and messaging and managed the tools to deploy the email sequences. Their team also does outreach via LinkedIn. We’ve used various tools and are currently using SmartLead, combined with Google Sheets and Google Drive for the lead research output. They also use Notion for organizing and documenting all the email sequences.

We’ve worked with one main teammate from Qualeady and a few others over the two years.

We found Qualeady through a prior vendor we used. We chose them because of their excellent communication, thorough reporting, new ideas, and responsiveness.

We started working together in March 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.
