I am the Founder & Director of Dlogix Consulting. We are into HR Technology and Advisory Services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Qonfidi Communications?

We worked with Qonfidi on multiple projects:

1. Rebranding and internal advertisement of policies for 2 of my customers
2. Support in social media marketing for the book I published on Analytics - "Analytics Demystified"
3. My company Dlogix's logo was designed by Qonfidi

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

1. Their knowledge and experience in HR which was the domain and function we were supporting for our clients
2. Ideas and thoughts they could present at the discussion stage
3. Passion towards design and helping organizations succeed

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

For the internal branding and advertising projects, the idea was to give a complete new look and feel for the policy documents. Unlike the conventional way of explaining policy features, we wanted to convey the message through visuals and in a very precise manner. We spoke to Qonfidi and listed down the policies to cover, highlighted the important messages we wanted to pass on to the employees and gave them a limit of one page for each policy.

For the social media marketing of the book, wanted to have atleast 3 posts on Linkedin and Facebook a week and some blogs. The project started with teasers which were attractive, raised the curiosity levels and helped get more attention and responses. This continued with regular posts. All in all helped position the book to the extent that I wanted.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lot of appreciation from employees. Simple and easy to read documents. Number of queries coming to HR Department reduced. On the book front, it did create a lot of awareness on the subject Analytics and on the book.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a good experience working with this team. They understand the needs and timelines well, work out a strategy, be upfront on what is possible and deliver as comitted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unlike most digital marketing companies, they understand our subject and the sentiments of employees and plan their strategy based on that. This gives us a quick win.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Didn't have any issues that needs to be highlighted. Everything was smooth.

They wanted to understand us and then suggest solutions rather than giving ready made solutions of the market.

The total communication piece of HR was handled. This amplified the impact on employees of HR initiatives. Social media was abuzz with real stories of the organization . This helped in crating pride and sense of belonging in the employees.

One . CEO Vinay. He was a one member army then.

The engagement level went up. Employee participation in events was better.

Back then I would have liked Vinay to have spent more time with us . However it was OK.
