Key deliverables consisted of production-ready web and mobile applications, cloud-native and scalable system architectures, robust deployment pipelines, system integrations, and continuous consulting support to ensure stability, performance, and long-term scalability of the software landscape.

Qimia has proven to be a valuable and constructive partner which is focused on always improving the business relationship with us.Qimia has a perfect project management approach to report everything systematically on time. Qimia organised weekly reporting about project's progress, biweekly meetings for Project Managers and monthly meeting for our C-level managers.

Through these integrations, seamless data exchange and extended platform functionality were ensured across the digital ecosystem.

One of the key measurable outcomes of the project is that our website is now managed through Strapi, enabling us to update and publish content significantly faster. This has reduced dependency on development cycles for routine content changes and improved our overall time-to-market for updates, campaigns, and announcements.

What stood out most was their ability to quickly understand our needs and translate them into effective solutions. Their fast response time and solution-oriented approach made the entire process efficient.

One area for improvement could have been involving both sides’ IT teams more closely from the very beginning. If the technical teams had aligned earlier in the process and jointly validated the scope and requirements, the project timeline could have been planned more precisely and potential adjustments identified sooner. This would have further strengthened planning accuracy and reduced iteration cycles during execution.
