Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Provided Business Analysis, python development, QA testing and technical documentation resources for several web development projects. The business analyst resources interacted with IT and businesspersons to understand the business processes, document the requirements and develop a design proposal to review with IT. 

Then Q3's business analyst resources worked with Q3 developers to execute the development and perform the QA testing and documentation for the instructional and release note information.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful adoption of new technologies that retiring legacy solutions that had been developed in-house and were on aging or inferior technology platforms.

Q3 has become an important ongoing partner for WWTS. Q3 has always tried to be responsive to WWTS and as the relationship grew their resources better learned our business model and IT organization where they became more visionary in their solutions and suggestions for us. Every partnership project starts slow and improves over time. Our Q3 partnership has grown amazingly valuable to WWTS over the time of our projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The approachability of their resources was impressive. Their resources learned our team and processes so well they challenged our requirements which resulted in a better solution. They overcame the consultant trap of saying "yes" to every client idea and instead challenged the old ways of doing things. This was very beneficial.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Q3 Technologies could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

National Products Fulfilment Pty Ltd (Fastfulfilment) is a 3rd Party Logistics company (3pl), with hi-tech real-time integration to pull customer orders from any e-commerce platform, and process, pick, pack and ship them. 

The company has 20 years of experience in warehousing and order fulfilment in Australia and currently has multiple warehouses in Sydney Melbourne, Perth and New Zealand. The company believes in technology and implemented the state-of-the-art robotic pick-and-pack solution in the warehouses
