One area for improvement would be around timelines and resourcing. While the overall project was delivered well, some elements took slightly longer than expected. The measurable outcomes of the project are the creation of a strong, cohesive brand identity, a functional and responsive website integrated with your auction technology, and an automated subscriber funnel that has already converted registrations into paid members. These deliverables provided the foundation for early traction, including hundreds of registrations within the first week of launch. This was successfully completed within the tight timeframe we set out during the discovery phase.

Develop a Ready Made Meal Ecommerce platform for NUmeals. Their offerings include a variety of nutritionally balanced options, such as light and large meals, breakfast items, and snacks.

The major key component is building a Real-time Create Your Own Meal Builder that automatically calculates ingredient macros, shows a new image and adds to cart with a unique SKU. Must pass all the data seamlessly downstream to internal fulfilment applications making it fulfillable within a 2hr turnaround.

Another component of the project was running Google and Meta Ads to promote the Ecommerce store to grow month on month sales.

During the project, Nutrition Station the main company, was exploring a rebrand to modernise it's appeal to consumers.
