Python Automation Masters built a custom Python tool that automates keyword research for a hotel client’s per-property paid search campaigns.
We provided the input data and a detailed specification of the logic we wanted. They turned it into a working tool that processes the full property list automatically, applies our validation rules, and flags any properties that need a manual review.
Deliverables were the working tool and clean, ready-to-use keyword lists per property, plus a diagnostic output we used during testing to fine-tune the results.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

At the quality level we need, we estimated a person could validate around 100 keywords in a full 8-hour day, which made doing this manually across our whole property list practically impossible. The tool validates about 1,000 keywords in an hour, roughly 80 times faster, and turned a task we couldn’t realistically take on into a routine process. The validated keyword lists go straight into campaigns with minimal manual review, and the tool has been running reliably since launch.

Oleksii managed the project and kept communication clear and fast through Slack. When we had questions or wanted changes, he responded quickly and got answers from the developer without us having to chase. Mykyta, the owner, was involved from the start and made sure the team understood the logic we needed, not just the technical requirements. When their initial approach didn’t fully match our spec, they asked the right questions and adjusted instead of guessing.

I worked with the team to transfer 665K items from our database to my WordPress WooCommerce store while addressing critical issues like data integrity, performance, and server stability. They resolved duplicate SKU conflicts, ensured proper categorization, and displayed items accurately. The team also implemented a faster, more efficient upload process to replace the sluggish bulk upload via the WP All Import plugin, which previously took 18 hours for just 10,000 items. They tackled server optimization to address 504 errors and exponential database growth, significantly improving stability.

Throughout the project, PM collaborated with me closely, creating and testing sample items to ensure everything met our requirements before scaling to the full database. They concluded the project with thorough testing, ensuring all data was uploaded successfully. The entire project was completed within 3–4 weeks, and I am highly satisfied with the results.
