As a digital marketing company, we are trusted with end to end digital projects. Development is not at the core of our services and we wanted a trusted partner who we could trust

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Pyramidion came through a client's referral and we had a detailed discussion with them with regards to their technical capabilities. More importantly, we wanted to understand how they work with clients and how they approach them as our agency is very specific about giving a great experience for the clients with respect to work. The way they presented themselves and their historic client associations convinced us.

We have worked with them on multiple requirements for many of our clients. To name one would be a CRM mobile application we developed for a client of ours who wanted their franchisees to be able to place orders, get quotes and update statuses on the app directly. This was built for us with React. We have also worked with them on a couple of other requirements that used Flutter and Native Android.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a team of 5 people. Business Analyst being our point of contact, UI designer to translate our design vision, 2 Front End Developers and 1 Backend Developer. They didn't bill us for the QA work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The CRM app that we developed is still being used by 100 franchisees across the country on a daily basis to place orders, each worth 1000s of dollars.

We were given Jira access from the company that helped us track the project stage by stage and provide necessary feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approachable manner, respect, understanding of requirements and changes, along with their suggestions were most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't really think of anything specific, outside of typical small timeline lags. That also got fixed later and I had a seamless experience.

We selected Pyramidion Solutions over other vendors based on the experience of its owners and team, its ability to effectively determine and communicate solid solutions, and its commitment to prompt and proactive attention.

The initial project entailed moving our Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan recordkeeping and reporting system from the previous vendor to their servers, implementing a maintenance program for the same and making a few programming revisions. Over the years, they have continued to host it and have addressed modifications to reports and the system itself, that we requested. They have also troubleshooted a variety of other periodic occurrences and provide data updates regularly.

I work mainly with 2 individuals, though they keep a team of 5 on all my communications.

The success Pyramidion Solutions has brought our Firm is evidenced by a flexible recordkeeping and reporting system that experiences very little down-time and is user friendly.

The high level of accessible support they provide, at a reasonable price point.

We wanted Pyramidions to design and develop a mobile app for our chapter members to register and join chapter events, manage their profiles and download CPE certificates.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to multiple vendors, reviewed their proposals, interviewed the teams and narrowed down on Pyramidions based on their experience, expertise and cost.

We had planning meeting to discuss the work scope and the technology used. Based on the discussions, we went with hybrid app using flutter, node.js and angular. The app was hosted on AWS. In terms of key deliverable, the mobile app must be published in android and iOS stores and should have event management, profile management, CPE management features including push notifications

A PM was assigned for the project. There were 3 developers who worked on this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app improved the overall experience of our members and including their satisfaction. We did a survey and 90% of members downloaded the app and they were satisfied.

We had weekly calls to collaborate on project progress and discuss requirements. We had email communications for urgent matters.

Their super flexible and accommodative. The pricing is very reasonable for the work. The mobile app was high quality and very impressive.

The development time took little longer than expected which could have been managed better.
