The Vendor provided quick responses and performed te work as per our agreement in terms of scope. The project took at least 2 weeks longer than agreed, but there was no hurry on our side, so it was not a problem.

The vendor is pretty resourceful and always extremely quick to reply! Also, all of my questions were answered in detail and I am very thankful for that

There might be some areas of improvement that I, as a client, would like to highlight. Sometimes it was hard for me to understand what the vendor was saying because they used jargonisms and professional terms. I have no experience in creating websites, so I often googled what this or that word means. Also, it would be great if the vendor could provide follow-ups more often. Once or twice a week would be nice! It is not necessary of course, but it would 100% improve my experience as a client.

We started taking orders from customers right from the launch of the web platform. I mean that even without additional promotion of the platform and the project, due to proper meta tag settings, clients came straight to us through google searches.

The platform looks attractive to customers and is intuitive. High conversion of leads into transactions.

Despite the fact that we are quite difficult customers, delayed data release on our part, the PXSTUDIO team did all their work on time.
In addition, the guys discussed every stage with us, offered options that were most favorable to us. The most difficult thing was to trust the guys, their professionalism. However, as soon as we were able to overcome our desire for total control and allow some flexibility in our approach, we got an excellent result that exceeded our expectations.

The guys dived pretty seriously into the problems of us as customers. They studied the preferences of our key customers and thanks to this they were able to find the very tools that led to the success of the project. Let's just say that they found the key to us as customers and to our company's customers. They were able to match the strengths of our business with the needs of our customers and take all of this into account when developing the platform. We were delighted with them.

The only recommendation to the guys is not to hide their talents, but to confidently declare themselves on the market. Modesty prevents you from doing so. The client's first impression plays a big role. And I am so glad that I did not fall for the colorful presentation of other companies' services, but chose PXSTUDIO as my suppliers.
