We wanted to increase sales, acquire new customers, and expand the area of our operations.

Push Agency completely modified the structure of our WordPress website, both visually and functionally. They made it easier to attract new customers who visit the website and order our services. Contact forms have been modified to collect customer feedback. Dotpay payment method has been added to the order process on the site. They also took over the Google Ads campaign for a period.

What was the team composition?

We worked with two people, a website specialist, and a Google Ads marketing expert.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of inquiries from the new web contact forms. Thanks to Push Agency’s work, we’ve received about 40% more phone calls and about 70% more total inquiries than from our previous marketing activities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole cooperation was effective and efficient. Three meetings were held in person, and the rest were by phone, email, or other online communication. Push Agency always kept me informed about all changes on the website and any new ideas.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was so professional and took an individual approach to me as their client. Push Agency gave me the impression that they worked exclusively for me.
