We came to Purrweb with project research and ideation / concept testing. The task we set to complete with the help of Purrweb's team was architecting user flows through UX and building an elegant, and simplistic UI that would resonate with our user base.

Weekly milestones and sync-ups tp cover previously addressed feedback as well as the presentation of new features. We progressively adjusted timelines and workloads as necessary to hit targets for various features or user flows.

Project management handled deadlines and changing scope in a timely manner and were very responsive to communications.

The design process and practices were articulated in a way that other agencies we have worked with do not use or have not adopted, which painted a clear roadmap of the journey ahead. As such, we learned a lot about the design process and have both higher expectations and a deeper understanding of design process that we did not previously have.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Purrweb could have done differently?

For budgets and timelines I think it could be helpful to see what has been used and remaining of the budgets, simply to keep track on our end for internal discussions which could potentially help us find opportunities for additional budget or scope for developing ideas. Other than that their process was quite refined, and they should continue doing what they do.

The partner company recommended contacting Purrweb about our project. We needed to create an interface design of a charging station for electric vehicles. We really liked the finished design, so we continued our cooperation on front-end development. We like the final result.

Communication with the design project manager was very good, we received detailed reports, the team was constantly in touch and promptly resolved any issues that arose. During the frontend development, the reports were not as detailed as earlier, because stages of work have become longer in time and it didn’t affect the progress of the project anyway. So the final result came out great.

Initially, we came to Purrweb to try to do one project on UI/UX and graph design (web application + logo). I saw their portfolio and was impressed. Before that, we worked with different contractors, but we wanted to find one good contractor so that they could constantly provide some design work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For specific social network project we received the best design we could have imagined, the whole team is super excited and we expected some nice facelift and what we received was many times more and on whole another level. Which moved the project from experiment to a real product level, so I’m very happy we did all from zero, competitor analysis, moodboards, etc.

Communication with the team is perfect, designers are good at capturing the desired style. We like the team's transparency and expertise, proactivity in design and suggestions on how best to visually solve our business problem. Now we are launching the fifth project with Purrweb, two of them are now being designed in parallel.

The UI/UX was great. I knew that it’ll be so, because I knew that team. I also really enjoyed the communication and how the team was loyal to the feedback. The motion designer from the team surprised me with their professionalism and open-mindedness.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very satisfied with the end result. And while it at times felt like we were creating more screens and states than what was needed we've already come to the conclusion that it was worth it. It certainly makes my job easier in my communication with our developers to be able to point to all the screens and states.

Our primary project manager Alena made it very easy for me. She kept the work structured and made sure I was always up to date on the progress.
