What was the team composition?

When I first contacted Purplesoft, I spoke to Deman over the phone and she arranged for us to have a face-to-face meeting with her manager, Abdul. These two members were the ones that helped us throughout the project. Both very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about their area of expertise.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a couple months of us using Purplesoft, we have seen an increase in amount of calls we get. Clients write and post their feedback online which helps boost our credibility and trustworthiness. There has been a definite increase in enquiries over the last 2 months than when we started 6 months ago.

My project manager, Abdul, and Ad account manager, Deman, were incredibly patient with all our demands & requests. Their strategy towards online marketing is extremely unique and it helped us understand the concept of digital marketing,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and transparency. They would constantly update us with progress, what needs to be done on our end, what they think would work best for us etc.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No improvement needed whatsoever. They kept us in the loop of things

Due to Covid, my business had a sudden downfall and I was struggling to get new clients. I looked upon google for " PPC agency Melbourne " and came across purplesoft.

Gave them a call to discuss digital marketing services to get my business more leads. my goal was to get more traffic to my website and enquiries.

How did you select Purplesoft and what were the deciding factors?

one of my main deciding factors were to see if they were actually coming up on search results when I looked and they did. I googled a few keywords and I can see purplesoft poped up on the first page.

On top of that, there was numerous review on google, Facebook and also video testimonials from other clients. I had a meeting with them, they were upfront and honest.

Abdul is our project manager and he cared about my business as if it was his own and as a business owner, I would say I'm lucky to have found them to take care of mhy marketing.

Firstly we decided to design a website with a gallery to showcase all my work, then worked on Google ads and social media ads campaign to get some quick results and the campaigns performed more than my expectation and got close to 40 enquiries in a month.

my project was handed by Abdul and the social media was Handed by kelly. It is easy for me to communicate with just 1-2 people than being handed over to a new person every time I speak.

Purplesoft acted more like my in-house marketing team and I loved the fact they are always available when I need them.

From being idle with 0 enquiries to 40 is a dream come true for me.

we mostly communicated through text messages and phone calls.

They are friendly and genuinely care about your business. they go above and beyond to make sure you get the return on investment.

even if it takes developing a new landing page, they did manage to get me one free of cost as I was struggling due to covid downfall in my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am extremely happy with their work so far and I do not have a complaint.
