Custom software, cloud solutions

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Embed AI into core workflows from day one: smarter document creation, intelligent party/item suggestions, and assisted data capture that reduce manual entry and speed up quotation-to-invoice cycles.
• Use AI-driven insights on sales, receivables, stock, and P&L so owners get clear, actionable signals—overdue risk, margin pressure, slow movers—without needing a finance specialist.
• Deliver a secure, subscription-ready SaaS (auth, RBAC, org onboarding, Razorpay billing) with staging and production releases, so AI-assisted operations scale safely across tenants.
• Pustaz helped us design and develop an AI-first business platform focused on simplifying day-to-day operations for small and medium-sized businesses. They incorporated AI into key workflows to enable smarter document creation, intelligent recommendations, and assisted data capture, helping reduce repetitive manual work and improve overall efficiency. They also introduced AI-powered insights to help users better understand business performance, identify important trends, and quickly focus on areas that may require attention. The team delivered a secure and scalable solution with appropriate user access controls, onboarding workflows, subscription management, and separate staging and production environments. Their work provided a strong foundation for continued development and future enhancements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Cut invoice and document turnaround by ~50–70% versus Excel/manual processes through AI-assisted drafting, guided flows, auto-numbering, PDF print, and one-click email/WhatsApp delivery.

Reduce repetitive data-entry effort by ~30–40% with AI suggestions for parties, items, and line details; fewer errors and faster onboarding of daily transactions.

Improve cash and stock visibility: AI-highlighted overdue receivables, unusual payment patterns, and stock risk signals, alongside P&L, balance sheet, and party statements.

Grow self-serve adoption—trial to paid conversion via Razorpay plans—with plan-based feature and usage limits, proving an AI-enabled product businesses will pay for.

Pustaz managed the project well, communicated regularly, and delivered key items within the agreed timelines. They were responsive to our feedback and quick to adapt to changing requirements.

Virtual Meeting

Their ability to understand our requirements quickly and turn them into practical solutions was impressive. The team was proactive, responsive, and particularly strong in applying AI to real business workflows.

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Pustaz. As the project evolved, there were opportunities to further streamline communication and planning, but the team was responsive and adapted well to our needs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Prustaz to accomplish?

• Ship autonomous backend agents (Celery workers) for email discovery, SMTP verification, bounce classification, and high-volume outreach—orchestrated from a Next.js ops dashboard.
• Apply modern AI development practices (agent-assisted coding, rapid iteration) to deliver a production Django + Next.js SaaS faster without sacrificing reliability or observability.
• Build Validex as an AI-accelerated B2B email platform: intelligent verification agents, lead enrichment pipelines, and campaign automation that cut bounce risk and manual list cleanup.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Prustaz did an excellent job building Validex, an AI-powered B2B email verification and outreach platform. They handled the full backend architecture, AI automation, asynchronous agents, and the Next.js dashboard.

The team built reliable Celery-based workers for email discovery, SMTP verification, enrichment, campaign automation, bounce classification, and suppression management. They also implemented monitoring, retries, tracking, and high-volume processing so the system could run complex workflows without blocking the user interface.

What stood out was their ability to use modern AI-assisted development practices while still maintaining a solid production architecture. The combination of Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Next.js, Docker, and Traefik gave us a scalable foundation for the product.

Prustaz was technically strong, responsive, and able to turn complex requirements into working software quickly. I would recommend them for AI development, AI agents, custom SaaS platforms, and backend automation projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

End-to-end automation: contact ingest → enrichment agent → verification agent → campaign agent → bounce/suppression agent, with process monitoring, retries, and CSV export of verified results.

Full-stack AI-assisted delivery: Django/DRF/Celery/Redis/PostgreSQL + Next.js 15 dashboard, Docker/Traefik production deploy—accelerated with AI agent tooling for design, implementation, and iteration.

Deployed multi-agent style async workers handling verification, domain/pattern enrichment, campaign sends (~200k emails/day design capacity), bounce parsing (HARD/SOFT), open tracking, and suppression—without blocking the UI.
