Operational KPIs are consistently met on a quarterly basis to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to predefined deadlines.

The technology stack is continuously updated and upgraded to meet the higher security standards required by the domain.

They're a stable team with extensive expertise who have worked with us for over 15 years in understanding the client’s needs, business operations, and work culture.

Projects are managed using jira tickets which formalise requests and follow up,  and also ongoing communications between teams.
