We migrated our MSP services to prototype IT in 2017. The onboarding was pretty well seamless, and our helpdesk support was shifted to prototype IT at that time along with some cloud services. We upgraded equipment and moved datacenters. There was a lot of moving parts to the initial project and still work with them as our MSP today. We are very pleased with their services. Whether you are looking for a one-time project or a long-term partnership, you cannot go wrong with prototype IT!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to move some of the on prem equipment to a datacenter and migrate some on prem services to cloud-based services. More knowledgeable staff and help desk services. Their internal process to document things and use of their ticketing system have really made things go much smoother while ensuring nothing is lost in the process.

The project went according to plan as far as timeline and response time was fantastic.

We brought on Prototype IT to replace our previous support vendor. Since partnering with them, they have increased our on and off boarding efficiency ten fold. They provide hardware support for new employees, along with loaners and ongoing support. They also provide excellent over the phone and portal support as well. They are also going to support an upcoming office move of equipment and setup.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We go on the number of successful ticket closures and PTIT has increased that by at least 30%. We have more satisfied employees and many of them are one ticket resolutions, versus our previous vendor there were many touch points needed to close a ticket. They have also successfully supported our hardware needs, and we have not experienced any issues. This is one of our biggest wins!

Every single employee that we have worked with has been incredible. They are responsive and hold true to the deadlines they commit to.
