Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of the largest apartment leasing company in New England. We perform all types of real estate sales and development opportunities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They provide me with a host of out of box and traditional SEO strategies. I would say the organization is a swiss knife of numerous utilitarian activities than helps me win against our competition.

They have a performed a wide range of SEO activities as well as explored concepts and ideas that I have decided to try. Many of the objectives I have given to them have been met. I also appreciate the speed and feedback on campaigns.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Several people throughout the years. Zach is my main contact but other people have called me in his organization for clarity or follow up and follow through.

Vast improvement of search engine optimization and overall web traffic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication is great. Zach picks up the phone when I call which is a lot more than I can say about other SEO companies that I utilize.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a personalized service and they have the willingness to try to things to produce results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Billing is sometimes late from them. That is more of a bookkeeping issue and doesn't really reach my desk. However I do hear from the controller that he could improve on prompt billing.
