They sourced and vetted frontend engineers, UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers who could collaborate effectively during our 8am-4pm overlap window. Beyond finding talent, they handled all employment administration—payroll, benefits, and compliance—while also providing co-management support, mentoring, and team development resources to ensure successful integration and ongoing performance. Their team took time to understand both our technical needs and cultural requirements, ensuring candidates fit our agile, product-minded environment and possessed strong communication and ownership skills.

Our teams seamless integration was a testament to Prosig's professionalism and deep experience level. Despite moving to a much smaller team size than we had previously held, through working with Prosig - we were able to maintain a high output of work released to our customers with no decrease in quality.
